They don't hire no one , they say ohhh we need help soooooo bad then don't bother hiring a soul . I heard the place is hot as $hit and they say ohh I know your about to have a heat stroke and die but here have a focking popsicle . Caterpiller don't care if you need a job and don't bother calling the place because the hiring management is @$$holes that walk around with ten foot poles stuck up there @$$ if you need a job don't even bother with these "people"

Management has no organization within the policy or standard work orders. They treat good people bad. For, this to be a big international company they need to close this one down. The machines always breaking down. Like, any other job they have favorites
