We were headed toward Hilton Head Island and needed to have our two 70 pound golden doodles cleaned up. We called a couple days before our arrival and the owner worked hard to get us in. The service was excellent. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. Jessica and Ruby treated Tony and Charlie like royalty. They both had extra large luxury baths. We hardly recognized them when we picked them up. They were so soft and fluffy. We are so grateful for Woof Gang!!

We took our dog here yesterday for regular grooming. I let the groomer know that our dog was groomed 5 weeks ago and was expecting a trim. However, our dog came back completely unrecognizable, shaved with patches of her skin showing. Additionally, as the other reviewers said, we did not care for the policy of paying and leaving a tip before picking up our dog. We had high hopes but was left ultimately disappointed.Update: The owner reached out immediately and was proactive with customer service. We appreciate their prompt attention and care!

Barley was in dire need of a grooming so I will cut them some slack but when we got him back, he doesn’t even resemble a Wheaton Terrier. I also didn’t like how they want you to pay and tip before they even bring your dog out!Since posting this review, the owner contacted me and offered to refund my money. Of course I didn’t do that because I know they worked hard. I just want to say that I was so impressed with his immediate response and offer that I want to let everyone know that customer service is important to them. He gave Barley some free treats.

Absolutely great! This was our first visit, while staying for an extended time in HHI. Paula was great helping us get scheduled and set up. Ruby was a great groomer for our Havanese…very thorough and kind. Our pup looks great! We will definitely be back!

Loved our experience. Was my pups first time there and everyone was so nice to her. I highly recommend Ruby. She did an amazing job to not only make our pup comfortable and not overwhelmed but also at the bath, blow dry, hair cut and nail cut as well! Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Jessica did a great job with my little Pom! She took time to discuss what I wanted and was very helpful giving me tips to help maintain her coat. Was more than pleased! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with grooming at Woof Gang. It was our 6 month old bernedoodle's first grooming. She has some anxiety but they were great with her. The facility is bright and clean and they have a nice variety of treats and toys.

I am so beyond thrilled with the grooming service my two golden doodles received at Woof Gang in Hilton Head! I had been in a desperate need of finding a new groomer since our previous was not able to get our pups back on her schedule since a personal circumstance she recently had come up and would not be taking clients for a little while .. I was nervous to try a new groomer since it took a little time to get my two boys comfortable with this groomer already! In addition I was finding all local grooming facilities had zero openings until months out! That was when out of the blue I received a voicemail from the owner of this areas woof gang bakeries telling me that since I am on their email list for updates of when Hilton Heads location is open to lmk! I knew it was a sign that they were our new groomers!! And I am beyond happy I was right!!The girls who helped us were so friendly and thorough and had an aim to please attitude ! Followed up by a perfect groom of our doodles! They looked exactly like the photo I had shown them of a doodle cut I wanted for my two guys!!:)I am so thankful and just love my two doodle pups haircuts they are so adorable!So bottom line, if you have doodles or any high maintenance fluffy dog of any breed type😉& you need a groomer who has experience and knowledge in their grooming skills, I highly encourage you to give the WoofGang Bakery & Grooming @ the Hilton Head,Sc location a chance!!🐶🐶🐶🐶💗💗😊😊

My dogs just had their 2nd grooming experience at WoofGangs with Jessie. They look beautiful and Jessie is caring and listens to how I want the dogs groomed. The store there is well stocked with my dogs favorite foods and treats. I will be a loyal customer from here on in.

I took my dog for grooming for first time today. They had her groomed and ready for pick up within 2 hours. The cut was perfect for her! I will be taking her again for sure!

Terrible haircuts. I brought my dogs here twice. The first time one of them suffered a razor burn and his nipple was nicked. The second time they just had horrible haircuts despite me presenting pictures..

Nice experience at Hilton Head shop: Jessica did a very good job with our cockapoo Clementine. Overall quality of service was excellent: easy to book our appointment less than a week earlier; got reminders, and even a phone call offering cancellation because of bad weather. All very good.
