New location is very large and offers so many different items to assist with “salt life” needs. The store has a nice selection of various items. Prices may be a little higher than you see online, however, they are offering instant gratification. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store was kept immaculately clean and organized.

Was in Hilton Head for vacation and wanted to fish. I am a noob when it comes to fishing. But came into the office and Mr Lewis was outstanding with his knowledge his help and his location of where to fish at their Hilton Head. His customer service was excellent. Definitely wish where I am at now We had a Mr Lewis!

It's a haul to get here from Beaufort, but SO worth it! Customer service is awesome and fully stocked store, so you can find what you need and then some. Buy a Toadfish fillet knife...you'll thank me later! LOL

I bought a new surf rod on Wednesday. The attendant who checked me out said the receipt printer was down and that he couldn’t print my receipt. I wish I would have know, but I said it wasn’t t a big deal. The rod broke on the first cast I tried to make that afternoon. I tried to return the rod and reel the next day since it wasn’t working properly. I unfortunately didn’t have the receipt since the printer wasn’t working the day before. I just wanted to exchange it because I still wanted a working rod I had paid for, but the store wouldn’t let me. I spoke to the Assistant Manager who was very unhelpful it my attempt to switch out my defective rod. I try to keep it local but this place isn’t worth it. Do yourself a favor and just got to Walmart!! 😡😡😡

Awesome selection. The new place is 5x the size of the old store. The staff was extremely helpful and even honored a discount that was incorrectly advertised. I will definitely make this a place to stop for any boating or fishing supplies.
