We are visiting from out of town, my infant has a “raging double ear infection”, the MD sent the anbx to this pharmacy, when we went to put it up, there was a sign in front of the pharmacy saying “due to personal issue they are closed till Monday”. We the. Had to call the MD and have them txf th me prescription to CVS and when we went to pick it up, they said they couldn’t sumbit it to insurance because Walgreens already did. So we had to pay out of pocket. Please tell me how Walgreens sumbit it to insurance when they are closed and we had not even picked it up yet! Oh I’m so pissed!🤬

This Walgreens is the worst! I live here on the island and every time we’ve gone to the pharmacy the staff is so incredibly rude. I’ve witnessed employees being very rude to the elderly that get their prescriptions there. Today we scheduled a flu test for my daughter and went at our scheduled time and they said their test machine is broken. They said they tried calling and emailing us, but neither my husband or I have any communication from them and based on previous experiences. I am sure there wasn’t any effort to get in contact with us. We’ve since moved our prescriptions to Publix. Super nice and helpful pharmacy staff. I’ve also had terrible interactions with the Walgreens photo department and store manager. The check out staff is typically nice. My husband and I joke that this is the worst Walgreens in America. Please fix this place!

Interesting times at this one. I went here to get squish mallow for my daughter - they usually have a great selection! I found the perfect one - garnering the three stars. However, checkout was a different story. I watched the cashier spray axe on his face and hands to mask the stench of a secretly smoked cigarette. This was the first red flag. The second, was him asking my name - to which I could not lie because my name - MJS - was on the credit card I was about to pay with, and my Walgreens rewards account displayed on the screen. I have a hard time falling asleep at night knowing someone has this information. While I got a squish mallow, I paid a price greater than I expected - my privacy, and my calm nature. Will not be returning, but appreciate the effort. P.S. - I hope Walgreens has good insurance, because axe in the eyes is a recipe for long term health problems - trust me on that one.

I love Hatton Place Walgreens. All the staff is very helpful, especially Curtis Livingston, who is friendly, courteous and knows the store so well. He always has a smile on his face and is willing to help the customers find what they’re looking for. I don’t understand why Curtis is not the manager. That would be a perfect position for him!

This review is strictly based on my dealings with the pharmacy. One particular staff member is very rude to customers. The pharmacist isn’t any better. I took my business to the Walgreens on the south end, and their staff was pleasant and helpful.

This pharmacy is terrible. Walgreens corporate should get involved here. Went to the dr in the morning, needed 3 RXs, waited 1.5 hrs before I went to pharmacy. Of course I get to the store and only the Drive Thru is open. After waiting behind 14 cars and over 30+ min I was told by someone who wouldn’t even come to the window that she needed 30 more min and that she was the only one there. Fast forward to 5pm, I call and the automated system tells me they are still being processed so I waited to speak with someone in the pharmacy, and at the 40 min mark they picked up the line and hung up!! So here I sit in the Drive Thru line, many cars back and not sure if I’m going to get my RXs from 10am. I feel so bad, have bronchitis, and they can’t give me my meds. Note to file, AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!

We are "Snowbirds" with our primary Walgreen Pharmacy in Chicago. In the past three years, I have had a great experience with the Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacist on duty. However, this past Saturday at the Walgreens here, I asked a young female Pharmacist about one of my drugs that is now on "backorder" with no release date. Her response to my questions were very cursory and the impression she gave was one of being very unconcerned about my dilemma.

I just wanted to post a HUGE thank you to Aliyah and Raquel at the Walgreens @ 20 Hatton Place, Hilton Head, SC!!Long story short we are on a short vacation here on Hilton Head and I was close to 10 minutes late picking up my daughter's meds that she needed so desperately!! Needless to say these young ladies stayed open long enough to retrieve our daughters much needed medication!! Thank you ladies!! All the way from New Jersey!!!

Terrible customer service and experience in the pharmacy department. Pharmacist, David A., was incredibly rude. After patiently waiting for 40 minutes, he had the nerve to tell us ‘it was the worst day to come in and get a vaccine!’ He and his team made several comments to customers throughout our 40 minutes of waiting that I found unprofessional. We ended up walking out because I refuse to do business with people who treat others poorly. Please avoid this pharmacy!

Extremely poor customer service. I called to see if a prescription was ready and they simply replied yes and hung up without telling me which one of them was ready. When I called back they lied and said that whoever had helped me had left for the day (less than a minute later). I found this was untrue by calling the store manager and finding out that no employees had left. If you do not enjoy being lied to or hung up on with limited information then do not visit this business.

Went there at 9:53on Saturday as our daughter was throwing up and losing electrolytes and we needed Pediatriasure. I understand that we were probably the last clients but we were desperate and even though we got there 10 minutes before they close. The door was locked. Completely Unacceptable.

I don't usually leave reviews but I just found the people in the pharmacy department to be so rude. I couldn't understand what she was asking me on the phone and I kindly said "I'm sorry, I don't understand what you're asking me" and she actually hung up on me lmao. I'll be getting my prescription somewhere else, thank you.

Had a prescription filled here. I’m from out of town. Picked it up in the drive thru. It was the wrong milligram dosage. I did return to have it corrected. Just a warning. Make sure you are aware of what your doctor prescribed. Check your meds when you pick up. Medication is one thing you don’t want someone to make a mistake when administering.

We forgot our daughter's medicine at home and I called this walgreens desperate. They were extremely helpful and fast at calling our insurance company and then letting me know own that they were able to fill it for me. So grateful for there willingness and friendly service. Thank you thank you

I recently moved to HHI from Oakland MD, where I received excellent service from the Walgreens pharmacy there. On two attempts to get information over the phone from this store has been less than acceptable!
