Very clean and well organized grocery store with lots of variety. Be sure to sign up for the discount card as it can save you a lot on your shopping. My favorite grocery store to shop at on the island - feels a little smaller than Kroger but has just as much variety/feels easier to navigate.

The pizza is really good and the price is amazing. Regular large pizza 12.99. Mondays it's 8.99 for an entire pie. They also sell slices. All of the deli items are delicious too. They have a serve yourself salad bar, olive bar and many different cheeses.

Love the store . Best one one the island . Workers are great . However the old guy is in self check out better watch his mouth and attitude . You guys should be ashamed to have him as an employee . I want to be contacted by management and corporate .someone so aggressive and rude mannered shouldn’t be in there makes the store look bad. Do instacart shopping 6-10 times a day there never a issue unless he’s there

Harris Teeter has such a great variety of products. The store is always clean and organized. I know some things are a little more expensive than other places but the quality of the produce and meats are well worth trying Harris Teeter.

Convenient location, good selection of all required, but grocery pricing at Harris Teeters is making the pricing at the new Aldis in Bluffton a definite popular alterative! (:-))But... HT... gives fuel points.... great attraction!

Thursday pick up day was awesome! The gentleman who picked up my groceries and brought them out to the car couldn't have been nicer. He went the extra mile and was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with her great customer service.

One of my favorite stores to shop at. I go if not everyday I go every other day. Indoor pharmacy which is the very best. They are the friendliest staff that always has the answers and smiles are free and often given out. They are professional and very friendly.

Got a prescription filled. Tara the pharmacist is absolutely amazing and just a joy. She gives you the small town feel of a pharmacy and remembers your name and face, but with corporate pricing. It's the best of both worlds.

My wife and I visit Hilton head quite often. Instead of eating out all the time we can run by Harris Teeter’s deli. And have lunch there for a third of the cost of going out to eat all the time. The people are friendly and the food is good that’s all you need.👍

I use this Harris Teeter for the pharmacy, and I live in Beaufort. You might be thinking why in the world does he do that, but the girls working there are top notch absolutely the best! Most of the time my prescriptions are ready before I even get there,and they're only about 5 mi away from my doctor's office. They even take their valuable time to help me find the lowest cost for all my prescriptions. Best on the Island hands down!

Wonderful clean, spacious store. We came across this gem accidentally as we often shop at Krogers and Publix. This will be our new go to for groceries and wine as their selection and prices were amazing. We went to plublix and they wouldn't offer us the VIP deals but Harris does. We are not from.HH so every savings is critical given the increase cost of everything. We saved over 39$ on our bill. The fresh food options are amazing and we will definitely try the pizza next time. So happy we discovered this grocery gem for all future shopping! Staff are so friendly and helpful which is an added bonus!

Harris Teeter recently went through a much needed renovation. Before they made the renovations I was not a fan of this store at all. However now it is my number one grocery store on the North End of the island conveniently located in Main Street. I am so glad they now have a Starbucks inside the store. This is a new edition that is quite welcome. They also have a lounge area where you can plug in a laptop, enjoy your coffee, have a bite to eat, or have a meeting. The management is quite helpful and the staff does a solid job. The wine selection is extensive and so is the beer selection. They have great pizza, a new Deli area, baked goods area, a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, including organic varieties, a wonderful meat selection, a seafood area, a health food section, and everything else that you would need at a grocery store. It is also usually a breeze to get in and out of. I took several photos that I hope help you get a great idea of what this Harris Teeter is like. If you're if you are looking for bargains I would suggest getting the Vic card. They do have a salad bar, a soup bar, and prepared foods if you are in a hurry.

This is a great place to shop, particularly if you were an early riser. They open at 6 AM and you can have the store to yourself. I almost always find everything I’m looking for, and the quality of their produce, meat, and fish is exceptional.

I sometimes have difficulty with the self serve machines. Someone is always available to help. I also love that I can get Cincinnati Chili here. It's probably a secret where these can be found, but my family and I know!!

Harris Teeter in general is nice. This store was out of everything I needed. When I asked if they had any 2 liters of diet Mt Dew in the back, they said only what's on the shelf. It was empty. I find it hard to believe that they only receive shipments that fit only on the shelf.Luckily another patron suggested the HT next to Sea Pines gate. The customer service lady gave me directions. They had what I needed there. I also found a restaurant, Marley's. It was very good. Double Bonus.Also like someone else mentioned, get the Vic card. Earn fuel perks too.

Lots of options. Produce looked great, though I did see some moldy strawberries. Staff wasn't super friendly. With a HT card, we saved about 10% on our bill, which is nice. I was hoping for more options in the bakery but overall, good experience

A nice clean grocery store. It is always a pleasure to shop there. The meat department is very good with helpful meat cutters. Lots of good weekly deals. Very customer oriented. A great on-site pizza station with a quality pizza at a great price especially the monthly pizza deal.

I love Harris Teeter. I miss it terribly. When I lived in the Charlotte NC area they were all over. However since there are none in Bluffton I have to wait until I visit the island. They are always so clean and have a wonderful variety of foods and wines. Never disappointed when I shop there.

First Class folks at our North end HT! Went in this am with my daughter for birthday snacks to share with her classmates...when our cashier found out it was her and her twin brothers birthday she gave us 2 beautiful balloons! On the way out 2 more HT employees stopped to speak with and wish her a Happy Birthday! She was beaming and what a way to start your birthday! Thank y’all kindly! You made our day!

I have shopped at Harris Teeter for many years. The staff is always courteous, helpful, and friendly. The selection of foods is generally good and well cared for. The recent remodel is attractive with the single exception that the space devoted to fresh fruit and veggies is cramped. Too bad, since the selection and quality of same are excellent. I live "off island", but shall continue to rely on Harris Teeter for my main food shopping.

Newly remodeled and still has that "corner store" feel to it, unlike some other, cavernous local stores. In here, if you are in the checkout line and realize you forgot to get milk, it is not a day-long hike to go and get it. Great for in-and-out shopping, only four stars because the small parking lot means that actually finding a spot can be a real bear during tourist season
