Janet is the best! Knows how to groom each dog breed correctly. I have Scottish Terriers and have had bad experiences in the past with groomers that do not know how to cut them correctly. My Angus and Allison always look great after seeing Janet.

I called and left a message. Nobody bothered to call me back..The message was in regards to a friend I had who was passing away and his dog needed to be groomed before he went to the new home.Update:Today 3/6/2023 Janet called and left a voice mail AFTER reading my review that they had no message from me.I called her back on told her I did leave a message and received no call back.I then texted her proof from my call log showing her number being called on Feb 14th, which matched the number on the website.She has also informed me that she is not taking new grooming clients and hasn't for 4 years. Nothing was said in her voice-mail regarding this. Janet has apologized but still insists no message was left. If you are not taking new grooming clients, why do you advertise to make an appointment on your website?I may also note, she said she has us in her computer from a while back when we did take another dog to be groomed. Unfortunately, he passed away.I understand mistakes can be made, we are all human. But to be completely blown off is not acceptable for any business.

Janet from Groomalon is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We desperately needed to have our new pup (Bosco) groomed prior to traveling and she went out of her way to accommodate our schedule by sacrificing her personal time. She was also very patient in answering the hundreds of questions that we had as new puppy owners. This was Bosco’s first grooming session and, while he’s incredibly attached to his person, he was immediately drawn to Janet’s positive energy and was very excited to stay with her. The appointment also started and ended on time and Bosco looked fantastic and incredibly happy and relaxed when we picked him up. We couldn’t have asked for a better first grooming experience. We highly recommend Janet without hesitation!
