Princess Prissy had a seizure when we entered her groomer here in Aiken. She's on low dosage of Keppra now. Decided to try a groomer in HHI while we were there. Cathy and Erin were WONDERFUL. They scheduled us last, no other dogs, no noise, they allowed me to sit where Prissy could see me while being groomed, talked to her gently, handled her gently, got the job done with no ill effects, and we were all amazed at how calm and unafraid Prissy was once on the table with them. What more can a concerned pet owner ask for? Looking for a GOOD, patient, compassionate groomer? Look no further. I wish she was in Aiken....

Took my 5 month old Goldendoodle puppy for her first groom. The staff were wonderful and looked after her with care. They took note of how she reacted to the different environs and the grooming stations. Wonderful experience and will be bringing her back for her next grooming!

Amazing experience! I have two Shorkies that had matting and in need of a full groom. I took them to Dog Dynasty and couldn’t be happier with the results! They knew exactly what to do and my dogs both came out happy and looking fantastic. 10/10 recommend!

My little Yorkie, Maddie enjoyed her experience today as well as I did! Theses Ladies were so nice and made me feel so comfortable with leaving her there for her first time. They also did exactly what I asked for! I highly recommend them! They are fast, efficient and affordable! Best groomer on Hilton Head! They will not disappoint! We can't wait to go back in 6 weeks !

Today, our two soft-coated Wheaton Terriers had a big treat! They were groomed at Dog Dynasty in Hilton Head. What a bright, organized, clean and welcoming environment. Kathy and Erin Smith, the owners/groomers definitely treated our two dogs like Royalty. Their professional work ethic and magic with bathing, clipping, drying and overall grooming was second to none. I brought my dog to Dog Dynasty for grooming. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Everything in the facility was very clean. The grooming was done in a timely manner and the owner listened when I described the cut I wanted and followed through with it perfectly. My dog did not have to be crated at all!! The facility has a large clean room for the dogs to stay in and my pup was very happy! He is not used to being crated and I always have dreaded having him crated when he visits a groomer. I highly recommend Dog Dynasty!!

Our lab Molly gets picked up every two weeks for grooming and day care. Erin & Kathy treat her as family and she is always happy to see them for pick up. We are very happy the with services Dog Dynasty has provided to us and our gorgeous.dog.

Our Cavalier just had the best cut she has ever had! Erin did a great job of removing the mats (sorry Erin, we'll keep more on top of it). The facility was spacious and very orderly. Erin and Kathy were so nice. I would definitely recommend Dog Dynasty!

After recently relocating to Hilton Head, I am so happy to have found Dog Dynasty for our 4 dogs. Kathy was so pleasant on the phone I couldn't wait for our appointment. The facility couldn't be any more Cheery, Bright, Happy and Amazingly Clean. Normally when I drop the 4 off, they are apprehensive and trying to leave with me and when I return to pick them up, they are dashing to the door. At Dog Dynasty, they were so comfortable and calm, that they were even patient while I paid. I am very impressed with Kathy, Erin and Dog Dynasty! Clean and smoke free environment. Friendly mother-daughter team, reasonably priced, good location. I rescued my dog 6 years ago and have not been completely happy with the groomers that I have tried until Dog Dynasty. This is my second visit. Kathy and Erin groom him exactly the way that I request, too. 10 stars!

Our golden doodles have never looked better. We brought them in full of sand and ocean and the owner could not have been nicer. We got the dogs back quickly looking so wonderful! Clipped and soft - we now refer to the owner and her daughter as dog whisperers, our dogs were so relaxed after this visit. Made us realize we need a better groomer at home! Thanks Dog Dynasty!!

With being new to the area it was important to find a groomer that would be kind and gentle with our dog Eddie....I struck it rich with the ladies at Dog Dynasty !!! Erin & Kathy loved Eddie like he was one of their own & they groomed him exactly the way I wanted.Their shop is very clean and roomy and extremely well kept, what a happy and pleasant place to visit!! Prices for their services are fair for the area.Our Visit was a success, Eddie & I both left quite happy and will be looking forward to our next trip to Dog Dynasty!

Kathy and Erin are warm and professional. I brought emmy for her first island summer trim and since she is a puppy, i wanted to make sure she had a good experience. not only did they treat her with extra special care, they took the time to listen to exactly what i was looking for with her cut. she emerged looking like the english cocker spaniel she is - only cooler and with a great bandanna. i highly recommend dog dynasty.

The first place I brought Brady after I adopted him was Dog Dynasty as I got a coupon from Hilton Head Humane Society. They fit me right away when I called -which I was so grateful. They made Brady's first grooming experience delightful for him and me (he didn't want to leave Dog Dynasty he loved it so much!) with a lot of love and care. I will always be bringing Brady in for his monthly grooming. Mother and daughter were super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Dog Dynasty-see you in a couple weeks!

I was very impressed with everything from making the appointment to when I picked up my little Zoe after she was groomed at Dog Dynasty! Kathy and Erin are so friendly and helpful! I went in with special request and a photo of how I wanted her groomed and they did exactly what I asked them to do. She was so cute when we left.

Kathy and Erin took time out of their busy day to fit in a nail trimming for my 10 month old Corgi. She is usually very skittish when she gets her nails done, but Cocoa calmed right down when Kathy and Erin started to use the Dremel. I was so impressed! They were very professional and friendly. I will definitely suggest Dog Dynasty to friends and family and Cocoa and I will be returning soon as well!

This is a dog spa! Beautiful, clean and spacious facility with toys to distract and amuse pups before and their appointment or during their day care stay. Kathy and Erin deliver outstanding personalized service. Gabe, our golden doodle, loves them and they always make him look like a million bucks! AND they support the Hilton Head Humane Association. They are simply fabulous.

Dog Dynasty was recommended to us by our neighbors who have a springer spaniel and King Charles spaniel, both of which always look wonderful after being groomed by Dog Dynasty. So, we recently took our Standard Poodle to them for grooming. We are very particular about how our Standard Poodle is groomed. She must have a round face, no pom poms, no shaved areas, etc. We want her to look more like a big bichon frise.After being disappointed with many groomers in the area, I can't say enough good things about Dog Dynasty. First of all, the place is immaculately clean, and the dogs are free to wander around before and after they have their grooming. They LISTENED to all our criteria before starting to groom our dog. And when she was done, she was EXACTLY how we asked to have her done. We couldn't be more pleased with Dog Dynasty. It is obvious that they deeply care about the welfare and comfort of the dogs they groom. And they are extremely professional in what they do.We plan to use Dog Dynasty as long as we are blessed to have our dog. And we would recommend that others do the same. You will not be disappointed. We were able to get an appointment in a short amount of time. They were on time, extremely clean facility, and easy access to their shop. They did exactly what we asked for and the grooming was amazing! We have another appointment and can’t wait for it. They did things in such a timely manner, and our dog looked and smelled fabulous. You need to give them a try :)

I've recently moved to the area and my 13 year old schnauzer has only had one groomer. He is also blind and diabetic. Kathy quickly put me at ease and welcomed Bocce with open arms. She is kind, gentle and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received from Dog Dynasty. I also love bringing cans of dog food that she donates to the Humane Society.
