I went on vacation to Hilton Head. Knowing I had to take my dogs I looked online, called a couple of places. All about pets staff was so friendly and helpful right from the get-go. They helped me make sure I had everything I needed for the dogs to come by them while out there. When I picked up my dogs they were so tired, which in dog language means they had a great time. I called to see how they were and the staff was not bothered by my call at all. If I were to suggest one thing, it would be to have cameras or some way to watch the dogs while they are there. I have kenneled/doggie day cared my dogs in other states and that is always an option. Maybe I missed that it was an option, but if it was i was never informed of it. Overall, the staff is great, the store is great, and everyone is so helpful.

Our dog Buddy loved this place! The staff is professional and really cares for your pet. The facility is clean and our boy came back to us happy and healthy. We will be back again!

Booked my poodle, who doesn’t like other dogs but loves people, for an overnight so we could spend an entire day in Savannah.They took good care of her. Separated her from other dogs but gave her attention. Sent me pictures of her outside that day. The website was easy and all set up to supply all directions for her feeding schedule and her particular needs so I just had to drop her off. She was well care for and happy when I picked her up.

Our new fur baby Ling Ling loves All About Pets! Everyone is so sweet to her and she loves going. They contacted us right away when she needed a different play space and keep us updated. We are happy to know she is well taken care of and we never have to worry. The best part is she passes out in the chair after every visit. Thank you for making us know she’s loved! First time boarding my 1 year old Goldendoodle and I couldn’t have found a better place than All About Pets. The staff and the facilities are top notch. The daily report cards are better than webcams. I’m not so sure my dog wanted to leave! Will definitely use again and will stop by to shop in the retail store!

They were amazing to our puppy on vacation!!! You get a report card with pictures! I expressed his shyness and they handled him perfectly! He was never shy about returning!! He spent 3 days there and seemed so happy!! Definitely would recommend them!!!

What a fabulous experience we had at AAP with boarding over the holiday! It was our pups' first experience boarding and it was awesome. The staff is super caring and loving. The daily report cards allowed us to check in and see them happy and playing while they were boarding. Our Golden Retriever puppy got his first ever grooming session and he looks great. Highly recommend AAP for your pups!

We have always been taken care of in a pleasant, professional manner. Our 11 year old Havanese has been groomed and boarded at All About Pets over the years and she is treated like a queen. We have enjoyed the staff who work hard for the customers and keep their business top notch. A great place to work with.

Our puppy Scruff really seems to enjoy his time spent at All About Pets! We enjoy it because the staff is extremely nice to us, and very patient listening to our concerns and answering questions. They take into consideration as much as possible requests etc. They truly seem to think through the needs of the dogs carefully. We are very grateful that our dog has been able to grow up in such a nice place, and that we have peace of mind not having to worry about him!

I love all about pets! I had two middle age cats that had never been boarded and needed to stay for several weeks. AAP was great with walking me through the boarding process and answered all my questions. Check in was simple and the staff told me that I'd receive a daily email with feeding intake and pictures! This was a huge plus even though I was staying close by so I was able to visit them daily. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my cat's needs. The room was supplied with a cat condo and space for their litter box below. It was always clean, smelled nice and the service was well worth the value. I would highly recommend if you're looking for any length of stay for your fur babies!

We had all 4 of our dogs boarded with them . In beginning of June they all caught kennel cough ages 2-4 King Charles cavilers they were all vaccinated, one did not recover and passed away , we contacted them as soon as we knew it was kennel cough No one ever called and checked in on the babiesWhen we did call they said something was going around the island after the fact . Would have been nice to be notified prior we would have kept them with us only possible place they caught this was in there careThey babies were there for daycare and never left our side when we picked them up please beware when you leave your pets with themR I PBella

I would never consider taking my beloved dog to any other facility. Our experience at All About Pets has been nothing less than fantastic. We have been going to AAP for daycare ever since I adopted my baby two years ago. I know he is well taken care of, gets to play and spend some down time, as needed.The staff is the best, not only knowledgeable and true animal lovers, they have become part of my family. As a first time dog owner, I found they were extremely helpful and patient anytime I had a question.I don't know what I would do without them!

Vacationed in Hilton Head for the past two weeks, and my two puppies (40 lb one-year-old Goldendoodle and 65 lb six-month-old Germans Shepherd … both high energy and super loving happy girls) attended daily daycare at All About Pets. Both are socialized since they attend daycare in NJ, two to three times per week; and, also, frequent the dog park on a regular basis. They had a blast! Every morning, at drop-off, they were super excited to be there (big smiles and wagging tails) and, at the end of their day, they left in great spirits! I am glad to have found this place … it is now our doggie daycare away from home when in Hilton Head.

This was our first time ever boarding our 3 1/2 pug Gizmo and were super nervous about the thought of leaving our baby with someone we didn't know. After the first night, we went to take Gizmo out for a while and he absolutely could not wait to get back in to his new friends at AAP HHI. Just to see how they interacted with him and cared for him made all the nervousness fade away. These folks are SUPER! I will definitely use AAP every time that we are in Hilton Head. Highly recommend to anyone that loves their furbaby.

Even though we only had here at this facility for about 2-3 hours this place was amazing. We found this place on a whim and they sent us pictures with a little report card of how she did when we picked her up. This is the best place to go if someone is looking for a dog day care for a couple of hours. Amazing place.

Compassionate, energetic, experienced, patient, and personable staff. Lots of stimulation and good company. My pup Finn suffered terribly from separation anxiety at first, but everyone worked with me to alleviate his anxiety. By the end of his stay, he was happy and content at daycare, and really looked forward to going there.In short, I highly recommend All About Pets.

Left our 10 month old exotic shorthair kitten for the first time. The pictures and progress reports were so helpful!! Just knowing that she’s safe and being cared for by compassionate animal, experts made our weekend trip so much more pleasurable. Our Great Pyrenees Murphy had a wonderful experience at All About Pets! He stayed there for for the week while we were visiting Hilton Head. From our first phone call to make a reservation through his entire stay, everything was perfect! The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and obviously love animals. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We loved the daily email report cards and pictures. Bottom line ~ we were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew Murphy was well taken care of! A+!

Awesome day care for Jasmine! She absolutely loves going and playing with her friends! She gets so excited when we bring her to daycare! She has a great time! I also enjoy seeing all the pictures of her having fun! Very nice that they do not use crates and dogs play either outside or inside. Employees really love their job and it shows through their dedication to making sure pups are safe and have fun. Also very good training tips!

I boarded my 7 month old puppy with All about Pets. I was so pleased with the care she received. She had never really been anywhere else but home. Her socializing was my biggest concern. She got along great with the other dogs. I received daily pictures of her during playtime. It made me feel secure that she was in good hands!! My puppy with return again for another weekend get away. We boarded our 9 month old puppy for 6 nights at All About Pets while we vacationed in Hilton Head. We loved that we were free to pick her up for outings during the day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional every time we came in...even when we returned her super sandy & wet from our trip to the beach. We also loved getting a report card with pictures every evening. We would definitely use AAP again. Highly recommend.

We have recently adopted a rescue dog, and it is our first time in doing so. The caretakers at All about pets were so helpful and knowledgeable about rescues and how to treat them. They are nice but should have a different approach how to board puppies. Split up at the door and no time with the dog parents together to get to know each other isn't working. So our puppy hat a very stressful experience.
