I am hoping this is the right dollar general. But I wanted to say thank you to the two girls working today early afternoon. Jennifer s and I am sorry I don't know the other girls name but they have excellent customer service skills and deserve a free lunch or something. They helped me out in so many ways they didn't have to and I will forever be grateful. Thank y'all again y'all made a horrible day so much better !!!

im not sure what is going on with this location but every time i come here it seems like they either dont have enough people working here or they just dont care enough. most of the selves look like they haven't been restocked or they just look unorganized. also, dont use this location for your fedex drop off's. i dropped off a packed here and turned out it never gotten picked up from fedex for a month because noone ever scanned the package in or communicated to the fedex driver that there're packages to pick up. and yes packages. there was a pile of boxes waiting to be picked up when i brought in my package. every time i called or came in they kept saying the driver will pick up tomorrow. poor customer service. sad that this is the only one in this town. management needs to get changed here.

I wasn't given the $1 off a bag of sugar I purchased! The discount came off 1 bag but not the other!! The store owes me $1. How could it take the discount off one bag and not the second bag? Very very disappointed and I won't be visiting this store again. I just want my money back. Thanks

They were saying I was trying to do fraud because I was couponing. When they realized I wasn’t doing fraud they didn’t want to help me anymore so they lied and said they couldn’t take my coupon when I know they could because I used to work at dollar General.

DG is a store that has helped people that live out in the country and just don't want to go into town, or if we forget something while we're in town and don't want to go back, you can stop DG.

I love Dollar General but this store is getting dirty and cluttered again and one card machine hasn't worked in 3 months. Friendly staff though.

Every Dollar General in Hillsborough North Carolina and Durham North Carolina are nasty gross and disgusting they are always closing early they are never open to when they are supposed to be no one in none of the stores and greet you properly at all

Can usually find what I need, BUT it is not kept clean. The counters are never zoned. Probably because of no staff. But come on manager----break out the mop every once in a while.
