My visit was on Easter Sunday after church. I love the way smalls has the savings as any of the larger grocery stores. Being in such a small community and sometimes brand names may limited but never the less very satisfied with my visits! Clean, fast and can get gas too! Thanks again for the fast friendly service ladies!!

Rural store . High prices. Poor selection. Beef prices are good when on sale.Everyone that works there is super nice warm and welcoming except for the one lady that seems to be the manager. She needs to take lessons on how to deal with the public and stay off her phone while she's ringing people up . And she needs to dress appropriately.

First real "grocery store" for like 45 miles, all I wanted was a freaking sandwich from the deli and they don't have a single pre-made sandwich/ grab and go section. UNREAL

Cute store. But some of their prices are very high. And the cashier was not friendly at all. Smile and say hello....makes this world a better place.

A little dated and a smaller selection but if you need groceries and dont want to drive to Lancaster its perfect. The store is clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. They always have competitive gas prices as well. Pumps don't take cards so you must go in to pay. Overall a good local stop and shop.

Very nice store. Clean and welcoming. I spoke with the manager that was on Sunday morning around 9 a.m.. She was very friendly and helpful. If your in the area and needed to pick up some items or if your a local looking for a good place to shop regularly I would look here.

Worst customer service ever. I am new to the town thought I would try it out. When the young lady checking me out over charged me by $3 on each of the item I was buying. I told her she said the sticker was in the wrong spot. I proceeded to walk back and show her. Then her rude self finally comes back there and I show her I was RIGHT! Of course I can read. I will never be back and I think others should stay away. 1 star is not low enough.

Used to be a good place to shop when you needed some quick and didn't want to drive to the next town to get it. Now, I will drive to the next town. Since the new owners, I feel it has went down

Was just in there I have never felt the way I felt walking out of the store. Disrespected two employees were making fun of me for some reason. Been going there for years. Will not be going back in the afternoons. Guess either go in the morning were the employees are really nice or not at all

Fairly small and not a lot of variety. No deli. Good for a quick trip to pick up a few things, but not for so my grocery shopping.

We have lived in the area for 5 years now and we love Small's. It's our neighborhood grocery store. It is not a big store with all varieties, but a great place with most all the essentials and a friendly staff.

I love this store but since the covid-19 episode they are having trouble keeping things stocked but friendly loving staff .... Some prices have gone way up but it's a pleasure to shop with them....

Smalls is probably the last "maw & paw" grocery store with great hospitality and customer service. It seems that this is a found jewel as far as service and also quality of food. Love the employees

Small's has changed a lot and change is not always good. The selection has gotten smaller and the friendly atmosphere has cooled somewhat. I grew up on this store and it is not the same.

As I was leaving today, the lady in line behind me told the young girl at the register, that all of the icecream was outdated. I will be checking dates on my own purchases. If I find any, I will return tomorrow for full refund. This is the 3 rd report of outdated merchandise in the last two weeks that I am aware of. Since your takeover, outdated merchandise and no gas available, because vendors are not getting paid. NO WAY TO DO BUSINESS IN A SMALL COMMUNITY, where everyone shares info.

Small's is a local grocery store that can meet many shopping needs. Compared to longer stores the prices seem a little high on certain items. I'll continue to shop there as needed.

They actually took my money. The dollar store up the street will price high honor goods they did not take cash flows very happy to come the smalls good prices friendly service and they take the dollar.
