Went in the hope of finding some new Hot Wheels. Seems that Mattel has either had issues having them shipped to the USA.Or workers at the stores I have been searching, have been buying all them up?The store seemed very clean. Aisles were neat and restocked. My wife even found some new ribbon that she uses to make her roses. So, the overall experience was better than I had hoped. So, if you haven't been in the store in a while, it might be time to check it out again.

BONNIE sucks. Instead of apologizing for her rudeness she will rally her own children against you. You’ll notice their fake reviews below. Jacob McElveen and Jennifer Galloway are her children. They did not have a customer service experience to review. Its pathetic that it’s clearly a blatant attack against an honest review. It’s sad when you visit this location you will be mistreated, lied to and threatened. It’s even more disgusting when a mother teaches her own children to lie and publicly attack an innocent customer. I will not patron this location until Bonnie is fired. She is not qualified to work with the public and certainly proved to be under qualified to be their “team lead!” Please promote CYNTHIA in customer service. Cynthia is polite, helpful and actually knows how to perform her job..even under the stress of Bonnie’s constant disrespect and belittling! It’s not okay to treat customers poorly or taunt them constantly in hopes of an argument.

Every time I go into this walmart the people who work there are friendly and helpful.i have lived in hartsvill for almost four years and only came across one snobby cashier. I go in there at least three times a week so that is pretty good. If I can't find something if I ask for help they act like they enjoy helping. Keep up the good work. Ifhad anything to do with it I would give you all a raise

The pharmacy is awful, if I could I give it less than a star but I can't . Called weeks in advance about a prescription never told me at no point in time that the prescription was out of date till the day it was supposed to be done , and on a Saturday at that. And for people that work a job can't just take off and go to doctors on a short notice. So now I have to wait 5 days before I can get to the doctor. If there not out of medication most of the time , the sure miss the ball on a lot. Will be looking for another pharmacy. Had enough of Wal-Mart, And it's inconsistent and rude people at the pharmacy.

This Walmart is just ridiculous all of the employees are always rude and they never want to help you. They have items such as razors locked up so you will stand there 30 minutes ringing a bell with employees all around stocking shelves or talking but they will not come help and they will get an attitude when they have to try to find someone with a key to help you. 98% of the employees never speak or smile at customers and 95% of the employees are rude and nasty when spoken to.

Beware of the auto care center in Hartsville they are by far the worst place to take your car for a service I brought my wife’s car in for a oil change on 2/2/24 very simple service she drove it straight home and parked it . I drove it that Saturday 2/3/24 and noticed fumes in the cab , so I call the dealer to get it checked out , so Monday came around and my wife tried to go to town to pick up my son from school and it wouldn’t start so I checked under the hood and found that Walmart left my oil cap off and oil had splashed all over the engine compartment I called the manager jimmy to tell him what I had found and he told he pulled the video and Said that his tech put the cap on ,I guess oil caps just fall off needless to say he got it towed and fixed the problem and I needed a new battery , moral of the story don’t take your car to get serviced at Walmart jimmy and his staff are very dishonest and don’t need to be in the automotive industry

Was delivering in town and needed a few things I stoped in and the lady at the self check out was playing on her phone and rude, she rolled her eyes at me when there card read was having trouble happened 4/17 at 830 not a good impression

Much better than it used to be from my experience lately, except for my teenage daughter and her friend being harassed, talked to or fussed at harshly, and treated wrong and ugly by an employee named Amanda Manolias, who also made an inappropriate comment about knowing my child's "father".

Ik it’s a day before a holiday but tonight Walmart pick up was ridiculous. I order my stuff two and a half hours before I left the house. Got there at Walmart and I sat outside over a hour waiting to just have to go inside like everyone else to get my stuff. Would have been nice to get a message letting me know everything wasn’t ready like the app said it was. crates of people stuff outside the pickup room. It also Said they didn’t have the items online, that I saw on the shelves myself. If Walmart is so understaffed and they know it gets busy busy on nights before a holiday, then maybe y’all need to rethink just hiring people with only high school diplomas. It’s honestly not even the workers fault. It’s Walmart only wanting to schedule two people to work the pick up a night before a holiday knowing it’s gonna be crazy. Only having two lines open and people still rushing inside and filling up buggies. Oh and buggy boy sitting outside on his phone instead of helping inside isn’t cool. Do better!!!

Money center employee Suzy was very rude she did not understand her job she did not understand that a large amount would not come straight out of a bank account that needed to be done.The lady right before me Suzy was also rude to her .... Then the manager proceeded to embarrass me in front of five customers asking the customer service representative Suzy if she was rude to me instead of just handling my problem.... I could still hear Suzy complaining that she wasn't rude to me while I was walking away to go get better customer service somewhere else!!!!!!

Wal-mart is ridiculous these days. There are never any employees working the registers, everyone has to use self-checkout and they don't even open all of those registers. You have to stand in line for 30+ minutes just to check out your own items because even in the middle of the day when they are the busiest, they might open 5 out of 20 registers. The price of everything is outrageous, shelves are never stocked and you can't find anything you actually need. Wal-mart needs to hire some more employees to work the amount of unopened registers there are every time I go and keep the store stocked if they're going to raise the price on everything twice a month. Then there's the pharmacy where you wait in line for 30-45 minutes after calling in a refill days before, only to get to the desk and be told it will be a 5-10 minute wait. Come back 45 minutes later (because you know they're lying) wait another 30 minutes to get to the desk to be told your prescription still isnt ready and you will have to wait another 15-20 minutes (ends up being 1 hour) in line again.I will not be returning to Walmart. I'm sick of giving my money to these chain stores while they rob people blind and are too greedy to pay employees a decent wage. There are better, nicer, well-stocked stores to shop at.

I don't like this Walmart because I never have what I need. It's never stocked stores sometimes. Too busy to where they only have one line open in the rest. You have to check out yourself. They need to hire more people

Okay location. I base on several factors. Store size and layout is modern 4/5. Employees met expectations 3/5. Clearance prices 2/5. Not great on the pricing of clearance isle. Sports trading card selection was good a mess not behind the counter 3/5. Toy selection good 3/5. Overall good location but not worth the effort to visit if not in the area.

What can I say? Its Walmart. 🤷‍♂️. Employees not enforcing the wearing of face coverings, Employees talking like they are in the street, wearing hats sideways, and sloppy presentation of their uniforms. Freezer with the frozen fish was not cold enough and was defrosting with water all over the product.Cashier was not friendly.....not rude, but not pleasant at all. The Management is doing decent with inventory and cleanliness.....but there are HUGE opportunities for improvement in terms of the quality of Employees present today.

I just bought a pack of Seagrams wine coolers. It’s supposed to be a variety pack. They put 6 lemon in a pack. And only two red. Ridiculous. It should have been marked down or taken for waste. Highly disappointed

We deal with this store via online and delivery orders. Most of the time we do not receive parts of our orders due to either "out of stock" or "unavailable". Then there is the laziness and rudeness of employees in the store. If I could select a different store to order from I would most definitely do so. As far as delivery drivers, most are great but we have had to report 3 thus far and had them terminated due to lack of professionalism or sexual harassment.

Horrible customer service had an awful experience in the pharmacy yesterday, presented a prescription to be filled and my response was " ain't got it can't get it"I got my prescription back and said thanks for nothing and continue to get what I needed from the store side. I decided to go back and look for who was the supervisor and maybe questioned why the person was so rude. As I was walking up the supposed supervisor Sarabet Griggs, came up as if she was expecting me and I asked her why I was treated so rudely, she immediately attacked me stating I was nasty to her employee. I questioned her why it was acceptable for her employees to talk to customers that way and why it wasn't a two-way street. She said is there anything else you need here as nasty she could. In addition to their pharmacy being pathetic also had to wait over 40 twice to get a grocery order within the last month. I have transferred my prescriptions and contacted the surgery center to let them know how patients are treated after surgery.
