Very rude manager at the Hartsville store. I ordered a canvas print for a funeral. Online it stated it would be ready in 1 hour. I went to pick it up 90 minutes later and after I got an email saying it was ready. But when I got to photo counter they said it was showing processing on computer like it was stuck in limbo. The cashier goes gets manager. I explained it was for a funeral that was starting in 35 minutes she told me she would get it printed in a few minutes. I sent my niece to pick it up. She gets there and is told it would be over an hour. I call to store ask for manager. Same one answers and tells me I did tell you a few minutes after I reminded her she said few minutes. She then tells me their printer broke down and she can’t get it done did I want to cancel. I told her yes because I needed it right then for a funeral. She said fine it’s canceled and hung up. I will never go back in that Walgreens and spend my money again. Talk about unprofessional not to mention no sympathy at all.

Poor service lose prescription long wait nothing ever ready Wonderful music to listen to while you are dieing of old age. If you have a job or a life or any other responsibilities do not use this drug store. If you are homeless, cold, hot it just need a place to stay come on down drop off your prescription and you'll be set for life

My college student was sick he needed help with Covid and flu info . I am 1.5 away so o ask the pharmacist to help. Kim the rx manger was so rude and would not help at all. I hope she never has a child that needs help when she can’t get to him. As a mother we are not same. I would have helped her baby even if it wasn’t my job to do so.

2023-11-07Things have improved greatly since my last review. The phone service for refills has improved, and many things can now be done online, like vaccination appointments. Most importantly for me, my wait times have dropped to OK, levels. I hope they keep this up!2019Some medications require calling the pharmacy to get filled due to government regulations. I have repeatedly called to request filling my prescription, as required, then wait on the phone for 15 minutes only to have the Pharmacy pick up, not answer, and be placed on a secondary hold until I hung up! 30 minutes + and holding. After the company bought out Rite Aid over a year ago, this problem has not improved one iota. It's bad enough that mail order is forcing local pharmacies to fold, now we have to contend with the few remaining pharmacies being unable to handle the present volume.Right now I'm on hold on two lines, and no one is picking up. The message says there is only 1 caller ahead of me... that would be me on the first phone. Google shows that this is the least busy time and they still will not handle the call. My request would take less than a minute to make!

For months now, apparently Walgreens in Hartsville, SC 29550 can't keep a pharmacist. Trying to get your medicine filled or picked up now days is like pulling teeth. It is ridiculous how you can't get your medicine filled when it is due, you have to wait for the date that you picked it up. Most of the time it is not even by any fault of your own that you can't pick up your medicine. There is always a reason they are closed. Some of the employees are very rude too. If I could have given them a zero I would have.

Easy to access this Walgreens that is laid out the same as every other one I have ever been to. In the last year, that's Middletown RI and Chubbuck ID and Rosewell NM. Pharmacy in the back, coolers with drinks, personal care, cosmetics, first aid, greeting cards, candy and snacks.There is an Allpoint ATM in the lobby (yay!) and a Redbox machine outside.I was in, got my stuff, and out. Easy.

Good service here at Walgreens. I would recommend this store to anyone. If anyone is in need of vaccine shots,this is a great place to get your vaccination.

This is the worse customer service I have ever had experience the pharmacy department has its own personal hours!! The close when the feel like it never mine what the automated recording says!! I’ve had to wait twice to receive my BP medication because they decided to close early!! Don’t bother asking for a manager because that’s where the problem lies so I’m warning everyone that can read!! Transfer to Wallgreens in Darlington it’s worth the gas for better service!!!

Before they bought out Rite Aid they were ok in drive through..The online refill is really good...Now you have to wait so long at drive through. They should incorporate some of Rite Aids customer flow...if a persons prescription is dropped off at drive through or not quite ready have the ppl to keep circuling until they can pick it up. Not hold up line for everyone else....Absolutly hire more staff in Pharmacy to handle the customer flow..put a drop off shoot in second lane. Stay on top of preauthorization forms from doctors office for customers to be able to get the prescription or diabete supplies needed without it taking 2 weeks and they still don't have it even though doctor's office says it had been sent..so my Mom still waits on medical supply.I'm so glad it is only 1 prescription she gets from Walgreens....Online service is a thumbs up for another family member...The Pharmacy drive through and the window service inside is all a thumbs DOWN....All the Pharmacy's have issues in Hartsville area...

I always liked walgreens, but fornthe last 2 months I have waited longer than I ever have. 45 minutes in the drive thru. 30 minutes inside because there was one cashier. Service is slow and and not enough help. Seriously thinking about changing to another pharmacy. Called to check on a prescription inwas on hold for an hour.

(PHARMACY ONLY - the store itself is fine) Wish I could give it zero stars. They're impossible to get a hold of (currently trying to get through to the pharmacy and have been on hold nearly 30 minutes), they've messed up my prescriptions and insurance information multiple times in ways that have been hazardous to my health and have caused financial hardship. Once my ref-fills are up I'll never step foot in this god forsaken place again. Do you're self a big favor and go to CVS.

Very slow service. Pointless to make an appointment for the vaccine. You still have to wait in line with everyone else. Vaccine check in counter even cluttered with boxes and things and not being used to actually check in anyone.

I’m not going to name the staff since the manager made the situation right; however, the professionalism of the lower ranked staff is a character trait that needs attention. It is unprofessional to base opinions, with no facts, on anything. I will leave this at a two-star rating, and will only change, when I attempt another purchase and conversation with the same attendant.

Was told my father's prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. 1 hour and 5 minutes later do I have the medicine? Nope.Much more pleasant experience today.. I'd still say don't go there if you're in any kind of a hurry

Piss poor service. Slower and slower every time I come. Was told script would be ready in an hour and a half, left and returned, was told it would be another hour, came back the third time and waited 15 minutes while they filled it. Came drop off a script at 2:10 waited until 2:15 4 people in front of me nobody served left came back after going to post office, it was 230..same4 people in line plus one. This will be my last trip

“THE PHARMACY “ is horrible!! I stand there for almost a hour and listen to “Alissa” at the counter talk about her personal business with NO help to the new lady needing it. Alissa rolled her eyes and showed everyone in waiting how rude and unprofessional she really is!!! Thank GOD for ANN taking the initiative to help the new lady out and try to get everything caught up.

Pulled up at 5:50 in the drive thru line waiting for help it was four cars in front of me no telling how long they had been there before I got there but it’s ridiculous how long you have to sit in a line just to get medicine they are absolutely slow I eventually pulled off at 6:15 because I had to pick someone up from work

I can’t stand Walgreens. They don’t answer the phone and they take forever filling your prescription. They even give you a hard time filling your prescriptions. They really need to do something about it.
