Kathy is a wonderful person. When I drop off my Joy (dog) I know she is in good hands. Kathy washes, grooms and cuts her nails and when I get her she looks great and Joy is so happy afterwards. Best place to send your animals.

Miss Kathy always aims to please, and she does. Sometimes, my furgirl doesn't want to leave. That makes me feel so good because it shows that she is being treated with kindness and care. Plus, my dog smells so good when I pick her up. My mother always wants to smell her and love on her because Miss Kathy has her coat so soft. Great job!

We took our elderly Aussie to Kathy yesterday. She did an amazing job! My dog looked so pretty, smelled fresh and clean, and was very happy. Kathy was kind and made my fur baby look and feel great! Will return!

She sets appointments and never shows up. This is the 4th time. No one answers the phone. The building is locked up. And there are 7 people out here with dogs waiting to be groomed. Absolutely terrible.

Kathy does such a wonderful job at grooming! Will make your dog look 10 times better then when they came in. The prices are great the best in town I've found and her customer service is always great!And to the comment I just read that's probably cause you didn't communicate what you wanted right or your dog was matted to hell and had to be shaved one of the two cause I've been going to Kathy for years and she does great

Kathy does a great job however she lacks a business atmosphere. I drive 40 minutes to get my dogs cut and most everytime when I drop them at the time she gives me no one is ever there. I then sit in parking lot and call and wait. No answer and no one arrives. If you needed to cancel then you should call. Very unprofessional.

I've taken my 2 Yorkies to Kathy for several years. I was worried that I wouldn't find a groomer for my older Yorkie because she is an old lady and she WILL BITE.. I talked to Kathy and told her my concerns and she assured me that she wouldn't have a problem with her. Kathy's calm demeanor is awesome and I feel totally confident that they are well taken care of. Kathy does the "Katie Cut" on them, leaving the belly and legs a little longer and they look so cute!!

Best groomer in hartsville! I tried others but no one does my dog like Kathy, theyre very accommodating too to specific requests. And only 15$ for a bath and trim for my shitzu the prices are the best. Highly recommended

NEVER AGAIN WILL MY DOG GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. I specifically told her to trim my dogs hair, just cut it a little.. She shaved my dog nearly bald. So furious. It's December and my dog is now gonna freeze this winter. I'm so pissed.
