Thanks for updating the parking lot, the sushi bar is a nice touch. I would love to see more gluten-free options. Maybe some egg replacer options for those of us with egg allergies. Gold star for this location! 🌟

Always very friendly customer service and the manager is very nice. The only downfall is that the bakery never has my yellow cupcakes with only white whipped frosting anymore! Now every time I go in there they only have the chocolate cake with the white whipped frosting and of course they always have the disgusting traditional frosty and that is just not something I care for!

Absolutely the worst customer experience at a supermarket deli counter EVER!!! Walked in on 9/2 @ 5:45pm, without being greeted I was immediately told I could grab what I need from the " grab & go". When I expressed I would like someone to assist me and slice some items I was meet with the most aggressive attitude I have experienced in a supermarket. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cashiers are usually very nice unless you get a teenager that's not really wanting a job.. Seems to be the case on some days. The older group of employees that work are much more customer service oriented.

The best shelf item selection in town, deli is wonderful, meats are always great, prices are a bit higher than say their in town competitors but their constant great sales ad brings me in and the BOGO items are always worth the time too.

Meat department is worthless. Every time on several occasions when out of sale items they will get it for you at their convenience. 25 minutes just told on prepackaged meat. I normally shop food lion in Bishopville and have had them get it off truck while they are busy! No more Hartsville for me, BiLo was much better

These employees go above and beyond for their customers. My baby was screaming to eat and I was going to breastfeed in the bathroom. AMANDA one of the store employees said no mam and took me to the back to breastfeed and covered the glass window with boxes for privacy, she even handed me sanitizing wipes so I could sanitize surfaces. If you’re looking for great prices and awesome employees please come here!

I do miss Bi-Lo but Food Lion has been a good replacement! It is clean and I Love the self-checkout lines! Food selection is about the same. I miss the Bi-Lo gas perks but I am leaning to use and enjoy the Food Lion app and rewards! Great job transitioning!

Our Food Lion in Hartsville has been undergoing some major updates while remaining open. They seem to be nearing the end of this as they are now working on the last aisle which is the ice cream and refrigerated goods aisle. I am liking the new look but not the cost of eating these days.

Best grocery store in town. Best selection of any grocery store in town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Has the most options as far as anything gormet in our small town. Great deals too. 5 stars!

This is a updated review. This location has spent massive amounts of time & effort on changing the entire loom aand operation of the store. Overall experience was much better and more selection than previous experience I noticed a cheaper or off brand selection a lot more than I have in the past and the price are extremely fair if not great! The check out process last few times was fine however I was forced to use self check put 2 out of the last 3 visits due to the high demand of service from employees vs self check out and I had Ice Cream so as much as I am against bagging my own 😄 for free I reluctantly scanned, bagged, & swipped and was on my way with really no interaction from staff and I was on my way. This was honestly what I wanted for the aim of my trip a quick in & out grab and they made that happen with convenience so I will upgrade the old grade to a new 5 star and keep up the great work! Suggestions maybe 🤔 more meet greet or hi & byes but I would definitely recommend to shop here. Tito.Tv

Overall this is a nice store.However on our last visit the cashier was not very good or verbal. I am hoping she is new. My husband as usual there was bagging our groceries (did I mention he does not work for Food Lion). As she pushed the receipt at me she started ringing up the next customer. My husband was still bagging our order. I did mention He Doesn't Work There. She never bothered to help. Oh she did stop the belt so the other person order didn't get to ours. Food Lion is not Aldi's and self bagging is beginning to annoy. Please teach your employees better

Reasonable local grocery store. At times has inventory issues. I do like the FoodLion app on my phone. Great tool to get rebates, coupons, specials, and earn points towards discounts.

Very clean store, I buy alot of fresh produce weekly and was very impressed by the selection and quality at this store. It definitely surpassed what I've found in the Walmart and piggly wiggly here in Hartsville. I've definitely found my go to grocery store while we are staying here in Hartsville.

Couldn't order fruit & deli trays ahead online and couldn't call and pay ahead with a credit card. Nice speaking with them on the phone though.

None of the handicapped carts were operable. Not plugged in, batteries dead.Coke soft drink products were about 1/2 gone, no Coke Zero in bottles, just cans. Coke Zero in bottles is what I was shopping for.Parking lot is very rough to push a buggy through. Lines are very hard to see at night, especially on entrance road/drive.

We need a good grocery store in Hartsville. I thought maybe Food Lion would be closer when they first took over this store from BiLo, but that's not how it's worked out. Shelves continue to be more empty. Very few brand options. Only really basic things, nothing gastronomically interesting. Often not even basic options are available. For example this weekend when there was no half and half other than fat free. Produce is old when it hits the shelf. Especially lettuces and mushrooms. It's just getting more pathetic all the time. Please Harris Teeter! Please Publix! Someone save us!

I like Food Lion. My most recent experience was I ordered a birthday cake the day before. When I arrived to get it the next day, it wasn't ready. The lady informed me that my order was put in the wrong spot and no one made it. There was no one there to make it on the spot, so I had to go find something last minute.

Always clean..Very helpful employees...only thing that I see wrong is not having enough products when they have a sale..it's always nice to earn coupons or $$ for shopping!!
