This place is a nightmare....I had the worse experience there today... as my husband and I went in initially to buy gods this pending a couple dollars but then I see they're having a huge clearance sale so we decided to shop around a little bit and purchase some items and then when I get up to the register I was unsure on some some prices the lady that was behind the register was very rude poorly informed poor attitude she had no customer service hospitality just acted like she didn't care that I was more of a bother to her an inconvenience and then when I explained to her that you know these items were clearly on a clearance rack it said red tag special she was on to tell me that I was lying that were on clearance but then before she said she didn't know what was on sale and what wasn't either way I wanted it or I didn't so my husband and I decided to walk out after the third or fourth time I was trying to be very nice and help her she had all my stuff piled in one one corner and I was trying to bag it up for her and she just very very rude so we walk out I had realized when I got down the road my husband hadn't paid for his drink so we turn around I go back in the store and I said to the lady my husband forgot to pay for his drink and I need to pay for it she started to refuse the money now mind you this is a dollar drink refused the money I told her I was not leaving the store without her taking my money and ringing it up then she went on to be rude about it throws my money back at me I asked her if the manager was there she told me no I asked her what her name was she refused to tell me and told me to get out of the store and not to worry about what her name was this store is very poorly managed and I will make it my goal to have something done.... clearly the staff either run the manager over or there's all too many people being friends and running that place and not business cuz she had no fear of being written up or Consequences. clearly knew they wasn't going to be.

Great store ,staff is well put together and clean the store manager is the sweetest lady I no in customer service if anyone says different it's got to be on there behalf it's very hard to run across a store that everyone is so polite and helpful

Family Dollar has pleasant Associates that will help the consumer find particular items in the store. There was allot of drop shipments in certain isles.
