One white lady at the window with scrunchie curly brown hair is rude and doesn’t help out at all and didn’t provide accurate information. I will not have her assist me ever again if she walks up I’m asking for someone else. She also made me feel uncomfortable. I called cvs and spoke with someone else and they helped me with no problem.

Veronica Thomas in CVS Hartsville pharmacy is the greatest! Her customer service is unmatched, she is knowledgeable and so friendly. She always asks me about my elderly dad who is also a customer. I changed insurance and it was not easy to get that updated with CVS because of a system situation but Veronica Thomas took her time to resolve the situation for me and did so graciously. Clean, organized store, well stocked and helpful caring staff, that's what you'll find at my CVS in Hartsville!

You got to love the folks at the drive up window at CVS. They have to deal with lots of folks who have been waiting in their cars- sometimes patiently, sometimes not! Tough job and they’re always so friendly!

i have been using the CVS in Hartsville for approx 10 plus years and it is always a wonderful experience getting my meds on time and correcting any issues that I may have with my meds or contacting my provider. All of the staff is very professional and nice especially, Amy she always knows when there is a problem and always knows how to correct it, she is always nice and professional and is always glad to help she is an asset to your company

Techs are very friendly, though they seem extremely understaffed. Lines are long, no one picks up the phone, there's always some issue with insurance (even Caremark), or medications not being in stock.Seriously; just go to Wal-Mart.
