I needed 3 keys made, they weren't sure if it would work so they gave me one for free to test it, I didn't think to bring the lock with me. The key didn't work, but the customer service here is top notch. I wish the key had worked so I could go back for more.The key is really small, I have had trouble finding anyone able to make a working copy.

I recently visited this ace hardware for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of products they offered. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to help me find everything I needed for my home repair project. The store was pretty well organized, making it easy to navigate through the aisles, especially considering the variety and amount of items they carry. The lady at the cash register that work there seems as if she had better things to do she wasn't very personable and she talked about another customer in my presence didn't feel warm and welcomed by her but everyone else was wonderful
