I had bought dog food from here and when I opened it it was infested with bugs. I went back to speak to a manager about the infestation, she was extremely rude. Not apologetic at all about the situation. The older blonde lady completely ruined my experience at PetSmart.

Wow, for any long haired cat owners, that need help maintaining their fur, Anna the groomer is your dream come true!! I've searched for help, but only found Vets that would intubate them, and shave my Persians all over. Now for a fraction of the cost, my babies feel so silky, and look Amazing!!

Chance is such a nice face to see at the store. He is always sweet and attentive to us from start to end in the check out line. Keep finding people like him and please keep him motivated because he can go far if he is recognized for the amazing customer service that he has. Talking about customer service, Liz, she is AMAZING! She’s been helping me and advising and teaching me every time I go to the store with questions for our newly hobby - aquarium - every time I go to the store I so hope she is there because she never judges us, she never complains if we ask her something that she already explained and she is patient and kind. And she really treats us as people and is there to help. I love her! She is awesome and she deserves to be recognized! You guys have two great people in your store. I am sure the others are as well but these two are the ones I am in contact with most of the times I am there and I am so happy because they are the ones I look for it!

We have brought our fur babies here for groom and painting nails and the ladies did a fantastic job. Our Pug and Puggle were in great hands and it was less than an hour a peice. Highly recommended and we will be in once a month!

Very disappointed that there isn't a Vet in this new location. Will use the Grooming Salon for our 2 dogs.4/27/24: We have been taking our 2 Dogs here for the last 7 years for Grooming. The Techs come & go but generally they are all very good.

We completed 2 training courses with Kristi and couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Our dog Azula will still need reactivity training outside of Petsmart due to the companies limitations, but Azula has obedience training down to the tee. I wish Kristi got more recognition herself and people wouldn't be scared of training behind the Petsmart name! We will miss her so much <3

Building is nice and in good order. Looked stocked and clean although from a distance you arent quite sure if they are still open or not. (Entrance has dark appearance, not well lit) I went in just for dog treats, needed to make a quick stop there. I go to the counter and said "Good evening! How are you doing?!" I was returned with the greeting of... "...phone number..." in a tone that made me feel like my energy was all wrong. The lady only said one other thing to me as I stood there doing the transaction and that was the total. I still tried at the end and said "Have a great night!" To which silence fell over the entire store as I walked back out to the parking lot. If she put as much energy into customer service as she did her make-up, they would have their own Robin Williams down there being helpful and bubbly. :)

Stopped in for some gently cooked fresh dog food in the bag or the roll it's kind of expensive there and also I couldn't find the proper harness for my pup and the harnesses are rather pricey as well

I went to this location after having a horrible experience at another pet store. We were gifted some gold fish a few months ago and needed advice on proper equipment and care. Tiffany was happy and willing to help. She went above and beyond our expectations and has won a customer for life! I’m so thankful for her help and kindness.

Took my dog Dixie to get her grooming done by Zachary. He did a fabulous job! I will definitely be going back to him. The lady who was checking me out was the most pleasant person. Thank you for having such wonderful staff who truly enjoy their jobs.

It's a pets store for your pets. It's not like your enjoying it your going to get the things you need for your dog, cat or whatever. All pet products are expensive put we love our pets.

The staff is amazing!!! They helped groom my Frenchie, Rocco. He fell in love with the entire staff. If a problem came about, they were quick to update me and handle the matter professionally. They are very sweet and can't wait to bring him back for his next appointment.

Always have cats, fish, and other friends to play with and see. My son loves to play with the cats and look at all the fun animals! There's always tons of great deals and the rewards program is amazing!!

My dog was bitten at the grooming facility and the staff was rude and did not attempt to aid my dog or help the situation whatsoever. Aubrey was the worst groomer I have ever seen and she should not be allowed to work with animals after the what we experienced. I do not recommend anyone ever brings their pets here ever again. There was no follow up from the grooming department to see if our dog was ok.

Great location with friendly staff. The girl that helped us with the fish was very friendly. We had some questions about dog training and the trainer was quickly summoned to answer all of our questions and assist in getting our furry friend signed up for training.

We have taken our mid size golden doodle for a couple years and had premade her grooming appointments for the remaining of this year. They will all be canceled. The NEW groomer did not dry her ears nor her tail. Her response, “she will dry in the kennel.” Zoe loves her bath and every groomer has commented on how well she does. They don’t even have to put the restrainer on her. I paid for her to be dried. I want her treated for what I paid. Plus, she can be prone to ear infections. So, we had to bring her home and finish what the groomer didn’t do. PetSmart, you just lost a customer. People be careful of this place if you value your pets and getting what you pay for.

🐶🐀🐶🐱🐠Clean, well set up and laid out and the employees we met on a Sunday night visit were nice and helpful. They have an AMAZING fresh-food section and all the small animals look well-cared for and happy and the fish tanks were clean. 🐹 🐀 🐶 🐱 🐠

I want to give an employee at this store 10 stars. Katelin was Awesome!!!! I bought my wife a 75 gallon fish aquarium and she found a problem with the lid. She was quick to track down a new lid and go get it from another location! My wife found a damaged pice on the aquarium itself and notified katelin and she was on it to make everything right!I would recommend this store to anyone who wants great customer service.Thanks and God Bless!
