My mother-in-law used this “service” recently. We would never use them again. We had two rugs cleaned but one wrong one returned. When we tried to get the owner Gerald Brant to rectify the problem he accused us instead of lying and said his system said we had our rugs back. He was subsequently proved wrong and returned the right rug a day later! In the interim he hung up twice on calls seeking to resolve the problem, each time denying there was one. We thought being in a service industry you would look into this thoroughly not accuse customers of lying. Thankfully we believe another customer had our rug and it was returned. He did apologize for his mistake but was that really a sincere response given his original attitude.Service: General carpet cleaning

If you need your rugs cleaned, Lowcountry Clean Care are the best! We had our rugs cleaned and they look better than when new. They do a beautiful job, and with pickup and delivery. We highly recommend.

called to have one bedroom's carpet cleaned and they will not come out to clean one carpet in Varnville. previously they came out to give a quote to clean one bedroom, but we ended up replacing the carpet instead and now they refused my business. disappointing
