So I stopped in Food Lion to place an order. However, while there, I noticed the chicken wings. I had to grab a bag. They were cooked very well, and that was a plus. They were bagged up all nice in this bag, which is another plus! The wings were very good!

This is my second time reporting this store's employee's behavior to me as a customer. If there were other grocery stores near, I would not shop here. I will be reporting management and employees to higher offices. You lack alot of common sense n haven't trained any one there properly todo thet job n not harass me

Great place to get chicken from where the bar is. Just a little crowded sometimes. Most of the people that go there and lines are crowded most of the time aren't usually locals of Hampton.

Only once have I gone to the deli and got waited on in a reasonable time.Two women that work there Do Not want to work..I understand that it is a rough job working with the public but if you do not like it work somewhere elas.It is Rude to make people wait 10 to 20 minutes because you do not want to do your job.This is the only deli around so I am forced to use it.

Stocking is an issue- the cashiers and stockers are polite, happy, and super helpful so I am assuming the issue is who or what manages the truck orders. The same items are almost always out of stock here, but readily available at other locations. Not a lot of stores to choose from locally, so it would be great if we could just get full shelves.

Food Lion is a good store to do your grocery shopping. I find my grocery needs are met there with no problem. They are helpful if you need to ask for something or can't find what you are looking for. They have good sales and friendly, helpful employees. I enjoy shopping there for groceries, etc. They have good things during the holidays and for special occasions! I have nothing but positive things to say!!

For awhile they were going downhill w/ rude employees and empty shelves but I like to think they’re redeeming themselves slowly. This is the only local grocery store I shop at. Food Lion 2 Go service is pretty great and the person shopping is usually very communicative and helpful during the process!

I am impressed. Always I tried to avoid buy groceries there because I had a bad experience long ago at Food Lion in another town. But, this one is outstanding. Clean and excellent quality products. It will be my first choice in Hampton.

Some not all of the cashiers act like they don't want to scan your groceries. How hard can it be to scan items. And they need to lose the attitudes.

I come here once a week and never have a bad experience. The store is always clean and majority of the time they have what I'm looking for. Cashier's are always friendly...only ever had one who must've not been having a good day. The managers are great and have always been helpful, never rude. The cashier's always ask if I need help loading groceries in the car. Exceptional.

This grocery store is one of the worst I have ever been to. They never have the shelves stocked. No selection and you can forget about getting the weekly specials they are always out. The only good thing I can say is that most of the employees are friendly.

We have lived here for over a year and my daughter always does the grocery shopping going only to your store. I entered motherhood with another chain, but my trip a few days ago saddened me. Trolley after trolley filled with items the need to be put on shelves. I decided to pay only for what I have and drive the extra 3 miles to your store. When I got in the store, I was shocked!! It was the size of a warehouse. So many items that the Food Lion on the last city didn't have. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. It took me an hour to get the things I needed and found $45.00 of things that weren't on my list!THANK YOU 🥝🦁 (FOOD LION)

Food lion was very accommodating. The prices were a little high as iins these days the young man who checked out my groceries was extremely friendly and helpful even fellow customers were nice and helpful bc I didn't have my food lion tag to get my discounts and wo having to ask the lady in front of me offered hers. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be doing my grocery shopping there from now on

They keep the store clean and they meats are always fresh also the fresh fruits. I am a diabetic and I was trying to find a sugar that diabetic can use off line and it says at Walmart but thank God that food Lion had what I was looking for. And they keep it stock too.

Went into the store to rent a carpet cleaner. Waited at the service counter for 20 minutes while the line grew longer because the the people who were running the counter we're in the office talking. The gentleman looked out seen people waiting and still just kept on his conversation. I was not very impressed at all the their service. What should of been a quick in and out took almost 45 mins just to rent a carpet cleaner.

I shop from food lion and love it. Decided to try the bakery department out for my little girls birthday party. The cake tasted great but had missing iceing spots and the appearance of the cake wasn’t neat.
