Very generous and helpful people I've got greeted very well and there was always someone there to help me out for what I was looking for the older lady at the back door greeting me goodbye but without asking me how is my visit and did I find and I got a god-blessed as I left I've stopped turned around and said the same thing to her and that made me want to come back more absolutely kind and knowledgeable staff I rate this place five stars if you in the area go visit awesome people you're not personally thank everyone for the help they gave me

Great customer service! The staff always greets you at the door and are quick to offer help or advice. The prices are a bit higher than you would find at lowes or home depot but not bad, especially since they are pretty much the only major hardware store in town that i know of.They also have a great selection on everything from plumbing fittings to lumber.

I like Ace Hardware I get my bird seed from there and any hardware needs. I bought a new flag pole for my monthly flags that I put up every month according to the season. Nice place and friendly helpful employees!

Always support local when I can but it's small and there's not as many options as the big box stores. There's much better service at ACR though, so it's a trade off

So this is just a shout out to the entire staff of this fine establishment. I came in a few days ago needing advice on what kind of supplies I would need to build myself a stepstool. Firstly, the young man named AJ was so kind and overjoyed to help, seems to just be happy to be part of ACE, anyway he introduced me to Jim (he told me to call him Jimothy) whom I think is the manager. These guys were so supportive and knew that I wanted to build the step stool myself and not just buy one already made. I felt empowered and really impressed with the sense of community there. Can't wait to go back, I going to purchase some decorations for my new stool. Thanks guys!

Very cold store! I did not feel welcome but more less tolerated. No one came up to me to ask if I needed help while I was shopping. One young lady did help me take my flowers to the car.

Howdy my fellow handyman and women!! I have been seeing all these cardinals in my yard and my husband told me “go build them birds a house!” So I thought, I will. And to Brunson building I went!!!Y’all Jimothy gave me so much information about my cardinals and robins in the area and how to make them so comfy cozy in their house while I watch them! I’ve never been happier looking at my birds all day and without Jimothy my birds would have never been this happy.Give this man the keys to the town!

I needed to swap out some locks I purchased from another Ace and because they are independently owned you must take back to original store you purchased from. I had to buy locks and dead bolts which were sold individually and when I got home I got 2 locks and 1 deadbolt. I needed 2 dead bolts. I spent more buying them separately then buying as a 4pc set. I will stick to Lowes, Homedepot and Wal-Mart. They have no issues with returning if purchased at another location.
