A black lady cashier named JoeJoe was so sweet today. Never saw her there before but hope she stays at this location! All cashiers should be modeled after her. Also Dominic in the wheelchair is so nice tho alot of people don't respect him. And as always Maria the greeter is a doll. Also nice & helpful is the frozen guy with the limp & the pony tail.

I've been to over 200 Walmarts and this one needs some serious attention. I've never seen so much merchandise on the floor, so many clothes tossed back on to shelves and general untidiness in the menswear and womenswear departments. As well, the restroom needed a cleaning as there were papers and water on the floor.Not a good experience inside the store.On the plus side, this Walmart does tolerate overnight parking. I arrived at around 9pm in my Sprinter van and departed before 6am. Parked closer to the gas station so I didn't have to listen to "Walmart Radio" all night, I was undisturbed and had a good night's sleep.

Few days ago I came to Walmart and needed help with beets, asked one of the workers to help me, she said she was busy with someone else, but will be right back to help but unfortunately she forgot about me. TK overheard me asking for help and right after she was done with what she was doing. She came up to me and asked if I still needed help. I was amazed that this woman who didn’t have to help me because I never asked her, came up to me and brought exactly what I needed. So I want to point out TK, to how caring this person is, super polite, super friendly. Huge thank you. I may the Lord bless you TK 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ you are the reason why people would want to come back to this Walmart on Hampton rd. SC ❤️ Thank you thank you thank you 😊

Service: 8/10Employees were nice, helpful and even good at suggestive selling. However, they seemed over worked as most Walmart Employees are, and probably don't get paid enough to put up with rude management and customersCleanliness: 5/10This is one of the most raggedy Walmarts I've been to. Paint chipping on the outside of the building and LOTS of roof leaks inside. There were at least 3 places that had trash cans catching rainwater that I noticed. The biggest leak was in the beauty and hygiene islesStaff: 8/10Even though they were stocking shelves, which they appeared to be behind on, they were all too ready to drop what they were doing to help, or answer questionsAtmosphere: 7/10It's not a place to hang out. My wife placed an order for instacart pickup. She received an email stating her order was ready for pickup. She has been waiting in the parking lot for an hour and is about to come back home.I understand being short staffed or having logistics issues but when you state that something is ready when it is not that is terrible customer service.

I can't ever find anyone to help at this location. This one seems to be falling a part a bit. Then, when you manage to get through the line for self checkout, they stand there and stare at you like you're going to steal everything. My husband had a worker follow him around the store once and then stood with his arms crossed while he was checking out. Very rude 😒

It was a pleasure tonight to shop at the supercenter. Only thing as usual with Walmart stuff continued to ring up incorrectly prompting an associate to have to come over. All in all though very good

I love Walmart. I could stay there for hours a day and I have when my sister was having an interview to work there. I love there customer services there. i love everything they have there so for this reasons I am giving an 5/5 rating.

I was there at 7:20 this morning and went to the sporting goods department they're was 3 people putting up stock and one asked me if he could help me and I said I needed fishing license and he said that the guy didn't get there until 9 a.m. and then the girl that was there said that the guy wouldn't be there till 2 p.m. so I talked to a manager and they paged someone to meet me in sporting goods and she said that the system was down and has been for 7 months now but why don't they have a sign up and why didn't the manager know this so I'll drive a extra 10 miles to another Walmart just because it actually seemed like nobody wanted to help me out

Online order process is terrible, delivery drivers are dishonest, and Walmart will not help when you have an issue with items missing from order. Highly recommend not placing online orders with this location. The employees at this Walmart do not have the intelligence required to properly complete online orders.

I'm here at 245 on a Thursday. The grand reopening is in effect. I must say that I am impressed. Store is very clean and employees are easy to find. I know I know. Once the 1st gets here it will be trashed again. But it is perfect right now.

I went to Walmart greer this afternoon I placed a online pick up order Monday 12/11 I been receiving notifications that my order was ready today 12/13 I goes to pick up my online order and when I got there I checked on the Walmart one app that I’m there I waited 2 hours no one never came out with my order. I see other customers pulling up after me get there order so I guess Inside the store to the customer service department spoke with the manger Lisa informing her that I didn’t get my order she paged the online order department to let them know to come to front of the store a customer was waiting on their order waited 45 min no one never showed up went back outside to my car I see one of the employees loading a customer car I asked about my order they said they don’t know where my order was at . I asked to speak with the manager brandon who is over the online order they told me he is there and not available to talk to me so I asked the employees what they mean he not available to talk to me I’m a customer who payed for my order and y’all yet to meet expectations of the Walmart online order waited anthor hour still no update . Walmart is horrible

For some reason I rarely am able to find a cart when I shop here and wait g for one is a nuance. The store is extremely heavy on self checkout which can make the line to checkout very long and difficult to do if you have many items in your cart. Like other stores, they do occasionally ask you to show your receipt after you check your own items which is insulting

I did online pick up for the first time at this store and my order said it will be ready between 3-4 I arrived at 340 I got my order at 445 I just waited for 1 hours on my pick up order I called in the store no one answered smh I want come to this store anymore for pick up

UPDATE: And the beat goes on. Nearly every grocery delivery order comes with a problem, be it bad produce, or delivery to the wrong address, or failure to bring to my door and instead leaving outside on the porch next to the sign that says "PLEASE LEAVE ALL DELIVERIES INSIDE SCREENED PORCH", failure to notify me by text when delivery is made, or trying to return bad produce for a refund and being asked to actually MAIL it back to Walmart! I complain... and complain... and complain. "Oh, we assure you this will never happen again!" Really?Last week I received lettuce that was brown, with a "harvested on" date THREE weeks prior! And have actually received bags of apples and containers of berries with visibly rotting fruit. Frequently out of stock on many items and terrible decisions by shoppers picking very strange substitutions. As I said... the beat goes on... Maybe it isn't just Walmart but the way of the world these days.----------------------------Grocery delivery seriously lacking. Twice in a row I have received items from someone else's order and missing items from mine. It's not rocket science - but perhaps that's the problem: they've hired rocket scientists to handle the job.
