Very happy with my poodle grooming!! Ms Crystal (hopefully I’m spelling her name correct) did a wonderful job. She was very sweet. The only thing is that it took a long time in my eyes. But then again this Coco’s first grooming session ever, so I should have expected for it to take longer. Overall I'm very pleased. Coco smelled good and looked exactly how I wanted her to look. I'll definitely be going back!!Also the store part is well organized and had some appealing food and toys.Before and after photos

Wonderful little shop with lots of fresh/healthy dog food options. They have groomers or a station for you to bathe your dog yourself. Also lots of toys, collar, accessories, etc

Attending the opening I was very happy to see lots of high quality foods here. Prices were comparable to other pet stores. The bathing area where you can bring in your pup to bathe by yourself is the best l have seen in the area. The groomers area is nicely layed out with dryers that are low velocity for timid dogs. It is a roomy store and location is convenient for many.

A thank you to stephanie 🧚🏽‍♂️ from the Greer location next to Harris Teeter. She treated my dog amazingly unfortunately because of his nerves, he couldn’t get nothing done,. Stephanie 🧚🏽‍♂️ did have a good recommendation for me as far as bringing him him in to brush cut his nails Try to desensitize him. Thank yall 🐩

I took a rescued silky hair terrier to get the spa treatment with a young lady named Bella, I asked her to trim his coat and to remove all the matts from the pups paws. After an hour Bella called me to pick up the pup but when I arrived the pup was not shaved and he looked the same as when I dropped him off. I asked Bella to take him back and get the matts off his paws and she took him back and handed him to another person to do her job. The second groomers name is Crystal and she stepped up to do what Bella refused to do. Crystal the second groomer asked an associate for help with the pup while Bella stayed on her phone. I was there over a half hour and watched while the second groomer removed the Matt’s from the pup. Now mind you I left Bella a $10 dollar tip “ but for what?” I will never spend that type of money to get my pup a shampoo and so called trim. Bella should seek employment elsewhere if she isn’t willing to complete the job that she was paid to do!!!!! This is theGreer South Carolina store.
