Went to this location to pick up a king-size bed that was placed on hold for us. When we arrived, maybe we had to wait 3 mins. A nice young lady named Marissa who I seen was the only employee in furniture helped us, she took care of our transaction, pulled our order and even helped my husband load the truck, during this time she kept good spirits, and a smile on her face. My husband told her anytime we need more furniture we would come back to this location and deal with just her. This young lady works at the Greer, S.C location, go and see her Big Lots has great selection of furniture and great prices, my king bed was $499.00, good heavy wood

Love the variety of items & departments here. Store is always clean & neat. Staff are friendly too. And the furniture lady is super nice & very knowledgeable! Love this Big Lots location! I've never left disappointed!

I have been in a lot of Big Lots stores in my day, and I have to say, this is one of the nicest ones. I'll have to take some pics the next time I go, but I believe there have been many uploaded by others. I just wanted to add my two cents. The store is clean, well stocked, organized, and has a wide variety of household items, personal items, foods, clothing, you name it. Plus, the employees I have spoken to in the store are just wholesome and sweet.

Fairly priced, Very clean, plenty of stock and friendly staff. Still time to go and grab a gift 🎁 for a loved one. Plus they have a variety everyday supplies too. Stop in with plenty of parking and easy access to the main road.

The store was clean and shelves were stocked pretty good considering its mid December. The walk ways were open and clear, not clogged up with stock carts and boxes like another $General store.At least here I didn't have to move stuff out of my way to shop.The staff was friendly and they had more than two employees on site, unlike someone else... Just saying.Nice, clean, easy to shop.

They displayed more than one piece of furniture that they didn't have in stock, and after checking, still has the displays out. The lady in the furniture department was helpful in checking what was in stock and even checking at other stores

I normally don't do reviews but my experience at this particular Big Lots was terrible. I counted 5 employees doing nothing but walking around in circles watching customers shop. I guess that would normally be fine, though I don't like being being shadowed by employees when I'm shopping. The problem was, there was at least 10 people in line waiting to check out! 1 of the employees, a young lady, was very nice and helpful I do have to mention. After I got my groceries, I stood in line for 16 min and still had 4 or 5 customers in front of me. Finally I just gave up, put my merchandise down and walked out. The reason I come here is to beat the long lines and headache that is Walmart, so if they aren't offering quick convenience then what exactly are they offering??? Definitely not cheaper prices

This store has a pretty decent selection of items and are relatively inexpensive. However, the checkout process is god-awful. It's similar to a CVS or Walgreens checkout - small counter, little room for items or bags. The staff are okay - a bit chatty, slow, and lacking focus, but otherwise friendly and helpful. I'd say that the experience at this store is generally below average, due mostly to the ridiculous amount of time it takes to be rung up. It is generally faster for me to drive a little further to Walmart than it is to stop at this more convenient Big Lots.

Daughter had to purchase a mattress within 30 minutes of closing, the girl that answered the phone checked to make sure on was on hand, went in made purchase. The staff on late Saturday night was amazing and courteous. A quality that is difficult to find especially during closing time.

We went to buy a recliner. They didn't have the one we originally wanted in stock, and as it turns out since we use their leasing program the furniture has to be either in stock or on it's way already in order to put it on the lease. So basically we couldn't order it there and have it shipped. But the employees were super helpful and we were able to get one that was available that wasn't on display as a floor model, and in my opinion is nicer than the one we were originally looking at anyway.

It's OK place but for some reason it feels very out dated. I feel like I go back to the 90s everytime I go there. The people that work there seem nice. The merchandise is a bit outdated and cheaply made so I would recommend not to buy electronic stuff from there it breaks easy an doesn't work that well.

Big Lots just got bigger... This new store is bigger and better with about anything under the sun that you would need. Also a great selection of furniture. It looked to be good brands and quality.. Very nice food selection. Clothing, household goods and more. Great parking and easy access in and out.

Excellent customer service. Not too crowded. All of the necessary cleaning supplies available in the lobby. All of the employees were working hard earning their pay. I would highly recommend shopping at this retail facility.

I've always liked Big Lots but here lately the merchandise has been scarce! A lot of shelves are completely empty! However, they have the best deals on K-Cup Coffee, which is very much appreciated!

I found an outside cocktail table for my couch set. It is Broyhill, it was on sale and I was able to use my $10.00 coupon. I am happy. Hopefully hubby can put it together with no problems.

Kenzie and Rayan went above and beyond to help us get 20%+ additional $100 off discount at big lots on our sofa set purchase of $2,250 despite not having the purchase at their store . They looked into our situation and gave us best customer service that we never thought would have been possible.Long story : On feb 11 we bought 3 sets of Brighton recliner sofa from woodruff rd big lots for $2,100 and additional $150 shipping . Due to presidents day they were on sale for $100 off which woodruff big lots didn’t even care to give us that discount . After two weeks I got a coupon of 20% off . We walked into woodruff lots and requested if they honor my coupon as I had big purchase it would really save me good $520 dollars . It was so tough to get hold of the store manger Dawn , she was in her office room. When I requested her about the coupon initially she said yes she’ll honor the coupon; after looking at my transaction the employees said wow it’s a BIG SALE . I have literally heard her saying “as if I’m going to do it” ( English is my second language; she might have assumed that I can’t understand her ) . After that she said the receipt I have is a sale proposal receipt and they can’t find my transaction etc . I have seen on her system our transaction ; when and where it was delivered . She denied everything. She was so rude. She said “ I’m already doing above and beyond to help you , at first place you should have used this coupon 3 weeks prior when you purchased etc .” She was not even talking to us , though we were in line . She didn’t had basic customer service. She really didn’t want us to be there . I wanted to say her we have every right to return the sofa as it’s less than 30 days and just purchase it at different big lots and use these coupons .She said me to call customer service number and mentioned the number is on the receipt. The number was not on the receipt when I asked her to show the number on the receipt she couldn’t find either and she goes like “ I can’t find it here , lemme right it anyway” I was so disappointed and just walked out of the store . Before leaving I asked the sales representative the managers full name she refused to give .Came to wade hamptons big lots , I asked the cashier to find and give me original receipt . They looked into it and said this is the original receipt . I was surprised and they’ve checked with store manager Rayan ; even he confirmed it’s an original receipt . I have explained what happened at woodruff Rds big lots . They were extremely shocked by her behavior . They gave me customer service number and said try to get in touch with them ; if customer service can’t help , they’ll definitely look into it . After talking to customer service and filed complaint against Dawn the district manager Mike rose called ya heard everything what happened. He still couldn’t find the original receipt. He said the same its not the original receipt etc . My one question is “ if customer loses the receipt and the transaction is less than 30 days , can’t biglots database produce the receipt.” Every customer representatives said the receipt I got is the original one except Dawn and Mike rose . Not much help from district manager Mike . Went back to big lots on woodruff rd Kenzie and Rayan called the customer service and requested them to refund us $550 ( $420 from 20% off and additional $100 off for some kind of sale ). Though the purchase was not even made at their wadehampton location they’ve been extremely courteous, heard our story and helped us in a way we could’ve never imagined . If it wasn’t them we could have never got this discount . Thank you so much again.

First time at Big Lots!Really surprised to see the sell Broyhill furniture.Nice people. Some shelves were empty but it may be a seasonal thing.Really clean bathroom!

I called today around 1:35 pm and simply picked up the phone and hung up so I got really aggravated cuz I have family members coming to visit and I’m trying to ask a question about a mattress that would basically set the deal weather I would come buy or don’t. Simply picked up and hung up immediately. Then I call second time and I ask my question about a specific item in store and if it’s available in stock for me to come pick up and his answer was simply no we don’t. Didn’t bother to look or pop it up in the system he didn’t even take a second to take a breathe !!!

The store was big, nice and week stocked. However there was not much help available and the furniture own we wanted was not in stock, not only not in stock there, but not available anywhere within 100 miles and not available online.
