Recently, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Bert, a cashier at this location on two separate occasions. During each visit, Bert's customer service skills were truly remarkable. From start to finish, Bert exemplified what it means to provide exceptional service.He was extremely patient and took the time to ensure each customer felt valued. He greeted each person he encountered with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm.I observed his consistent positive interactions with all the customers he served. He also seemed to be able to communicate with Spanish speaking customers also.I will make it a point to go through Bert's lane when I visit this location. Thank you, Bert, for your dedication and exemplary service!

Maybe you are just as frustrated as me with self check out… sometimes, I just don’t have the strength or energy… not everyone is as fit as they would like to be. But on this particular day, the day of the eclipse, I had a full basket to check out and must have had low blood sugar or something and was feeling faint. The ladies at the self checkout were kind enough not only to get me a chair from the optometrists office , but asked if I needed water and finished checking out my full cart. ! I was totally grateful for the very gracious ladies that put themselves in my shoes to care for my situation with kindness and grace!

I have been trying to leave a review since October 2023. I wanted to say how much I appreciate Jennifer from the bakery in Walmart on 72 bypass ! She did a spectacular job on our little girls cake! I really believe people such as her self deserve recognition! She truly did an awesome job! Thank you Jennifer!!!!

I have recently started identifying as a furry and when I entered this Walmart every single person came up to me and hugged me. They pet me and told me they loved me. I need that re-assurance in today's mean world. I left after a few minutes since the little boy was scared when I started barking.

Well...their new upgrade leaves a lot to be desired. You used to be able to find just about anything at Walmart, but it seems they've stopped carrying a lot of their usual inventory in exchange for more of a Target type of store. Target is good when you want to find something special, but affordability is not one of their features. Buy More for Less should be changed to Buy Less for More. So glad that there are still some Walmarts that haven't changed.

Terrible customer service at this Walmart, especially from one of their employees named Angie. She berated me over an item she alleged I stole. After I showed her my receipt detailing each item was properly scanned at self-checkout she scoffed and walked away. What a shameful employee and an unacceptable way to treat customers (especially ones who frequent this location regularly).

A salesperson helped me find what I was looking for , but what I was looking for was a new TV . Looking for a 55 " tv to be exact . I knew Santa could not get it down the chimney so I was trying to make plans to get it home in my car . I asked a salesperson if they would put it in my car and tie down the trunk for me. I was told they would put it in but they had no rope to tie it down . I asked where bungee cords were . I told salesperson I would be right back and don't sell all the 55 inch TVs. I was back in 4 minutes. The salesperson was gone when I came back . NO BODY in electronics. So I waited and waited. Fast forward 30 minutes , She finally came back and started waiting on the crowd that had came behind me . She finally came back to the counter I had been standing at the whole time. She still waited on one more person at other end of counter then got to me waiting with my bungee cords. I paid and all ready to go with my paid for 55" tv in a box. She went to loudspeaker and called for someone to assist. Waited another 30 minutes , I ask her to call again. I just text my boss she said . As her boss made his way from back of store in employee only area , another customer stopped him. He stopped and sold her another 55" put it on transit cart and rolled up right beside where I was standing. He then walked up to me. I've got to go find another transit cart and I'll help you get your tv . He was very helpful getting my purchase to the car and helped tie down with my newly purchased bungee. By this time I was ready to go. Total time that had went by at this time was over 2 hours . This happened 12/21/22 . I WISH SANTA COULD HAVE GOTTEN IT DOWN THE CHIMNEY. All I can say now is MERRY CHRISTMAS ! And I still MISS K- MART ! Thanks!

Self checkout is horrible! I just go in for a couple of items now. A large buggy full is simply too much trouble for self checkout. Some of the associates are rude and act like they really don't want to be there. This use to be a great Walmart but it's changed in the last few years. I hope they get it corrected.

Since the "grand re-opening" I and most of the shoppers I talk to can't find what we're looking for as the product placement has no rhyme nor reason to it. With the now near 100% self check-out, the employees in the check-out area are just standing around talking amongst themselves or talking/texting on their phones and are just an irritation to most shoppers. The people standing at the exits demanding to see receipts are the final insult to a trip to walmart!!! I now do most of my grocery shopping at Food Lion and only shop walmart when I just have too!!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is moving more and more towards all self checkout. I don't mind if I have a few items but when your cart is full it's a pain doing it all yourself. Update ..They have improved the overall appearance of the store and widened the isles.

Employee with a cart loaded so high she could not see over rushing down a aisle an would have hit my 2 year old granddaughter if another employee had not hollered at her and take matters worse she never apologized or anything but had a rude comment for my wife.This is uncalled for employees standing in groups talking or running over people trying to shop.Not a good place

The store looks nice but the remodel makes it hard to find things. What used to be a quick trip takes twice as long as you wander around trying to find stuff. The Walmart app has helped find some in-store items by giving an aisle number.

A black lady that works there was extremely rude and said that my chihuahua service dog had to be held the whole time or walk on a leash. Carrying her makes my back hurt and I have bad back problems and if I make her walk on a leash she may be tempted to bark at people or get stepped on because of her size. The new rule they need to make exceptions for toy sized dogs to be able to ride in the buggy. If there is no exceptions for toy sized dog to ride in the buggy then I will not shop at that Walmart ever again and I pray it will go out of business because of such rude workers there.

I tend to get aggravated going into this store the Walmart shoppers that work at the store are rude ,the other day 1 pushed my cart into as I was kneeling down to get to something didn't say excuse me or anything just grabbed what they needed and went about their business I'm not sure what Walmarts program consist of but the people they have doing their online shopping needs to be trained to treat the walk in customers better, I mean you have a couple that are nice and help out walk in customers but most are like get out of my way, also since the store was redesigned either they stopped carrying items or haven't put the items out so because of that reason I have to go to both Walmarts to shop now

Bought a few items online. After a couple weeks got a hold of customer service because my package hadn't arrived. Was told that my purchase was from JoyBuy not Walmart. JoyBuy is in China good luck getting a hold of them let alone a refund. No contact info except Walmart. I bought it from Walmarts website, paid Walmart but they tell me I have to contact JoyBuy because they aren't responsible. What a scam. You pay Walmart, they send the money to China then you don't get your package. I'm done with Walmart.

I went to Walmart today and three of my items were priced wrong took it to the customer service and they were very rude . They refused to correct the issue. So I told them to gave me my money back. Iwould not recommend this Walmart to anyone.

This Walmart had one of the nicest clothing sections I had ever seen! It was like a small mall in that part of the store. The rest of my time shopping here was quick and easy. Everything was easy to find and checking out was a breeze.

Would rather crawl over hot coals then take a lemon bath than set foot inside of Walmart again with the new layout. Smaller spaces between shelving to fit carts through, almost impossible to pass by other people easily. There's a "bullpen" maze set up for the health and beauty section, and I highly doubt they're going to staff the register there. Just going back to Amazon because now I don't even want to give Walmart my business for online orders either.

The store's new layout makes it seem bigger than it is, but I like it. I'm just going to have to get used to it. I only had only one problem. The app would not let me pull up the receipt when I needed to show it at the door.

While at the place had a cordless heated throw in my hand, it was taking from me and told we can not sell. While online it said they had it and they had it in store. This was ridiculous. These things need to change. False advertising products and then ripping them away from people is a problem!!

They are remodeling so everything is out of place. And still only 2 cashiers but they had plenty of self checkout open. I hate using those machines for many reasons. *** Update *** it still appears that they are working on remodeling, there are connex boxes in the parking lot and lawn and garden is still blocked off. They moved store pick up to where automotive used to be, freed up some of the upfront parking but seems risky for online pickup orders now. They store is still out of order, nothing is where the app says it is.
