The lady at the photo center has the best customer service. She helped me design a photo book gift. She made several suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in assisting me. The store manager is very nice and always makes you feel welcomed.

Finally after having to go tell the cashier i was ready to check out after standing there forever....here she comes with an attitude...The cashier was rude and was deliberately throwing my Easter items in the bag. I told her...do you hafta throw my items like that. She said I'm not throwing them I'm just putting them in the bag. Naw...YOU THROWING THEMShe was so rude and disrespectful. Being Easter Sunday, I decided to maintain calm and just get outta there.Whoever is in charge of this store, needs to take immediate attention to their workers before someone has a really bad day with these people! They are disturbingly mean and rude to customers!!!!No greeting or nothing of Kindness!!!!I will NOT be going back!!!!!

Every single time and I mean every single time I come to pick up myPrints there is never a soul at the photo counter! Walgreens needs to make an option where the customer can just pre-pay online and pick up their own photos without having to wait for whoever works in the photo counter to appear and do their job. I was just at the store and after waiting for 10 minutes I finally had to leave because no one came to help me. Now I need to get my prints developed elsewhere, so thanks a lot for that Walgreens.

Awful experience at this store . I bought some promotional items and was supposed to print the $5 register reward but didn’t print and manger will never gives u points , she asked me to call customer and when I called them , they told me to fill out form to have coupon sent to me. Ok, when I did so and got my coupon after few days and spent it at the store today , it rejected my coupon , the manager now said I have to call customer service while customer service said the manager could adjust it or gave me the points. But the store manager julie will never give u point , she would tell u to call the customer service again… this is insane, I spent more than 30- 60 minutes for only $5 couples issues, which the manager could just added points for me at the first times ….My advice for coupons non print out problems, just return it immediately, save ur time!

They sell cheap products and don't stand behind them. The manager (Audra) has a terrible personality, is completely indifferent and doesn't care about your problems. I bought a pill splitter from them and it splits the pills 80/20 and they refused to exchange or anything. I'll never go back to Walgreens anywhere in America.

EVERY time I use this pharmacy I have issues. Called to have my Meloxicam filled and while I was on the phone, had 5 others filled. Picked my meds up today and of course it was messed up. My Meloxicam wasn’t in my bags when I got home. I also only had a 30 day supply of my Janumet when I normally get a 90 day supply on this and all my meds. Usually I have to wait on the Janumet for being completely out of stock. Today they did at least have 30. You would think that someone or the system could calculate qtys needed for all scripts on file.This is very aggravating! I live 35 minutes away.

The stocker woman had the audacity to tell me to watch my mouth @11pm at night NOBODY BUT US IN THE STORE! All because we said balls I AM A ADULT! I HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH IF I WANNA TALK ABOUT BALLS I GLADLY WILL!

Rude, impatient, snappy and unhelpful. It’s literally ironic how unhelpful they are considering it’s literally a service position. All that irritability is not worth that weak check, but go off I guess💅🏾

Terrible customer service especially the little short cashier lady. The employees are rude. Not a pleasant place to shop !
