Pick up order service is terrible. My wife came and sat for 15 minutes and then called and they said they were on the way, after another 10 minutes of waiting she had to come inside.If the people are not going to complete the service. Then stop offering it

Was in this location on Thursday between 3-4 pm. I was trying to avoid the traffic on 72 near Lowes. I did my shopping and had approximately $400 worth of merchandise in my cart. When I got to the front I found ONE cashier and twelve people in line. The cashier was having difficulty doing a refund further slowing the process. I finally left my cart right in line and walked out. I met an employee in the parking lot and suggested more people were needed...I was told...."it might be quicker to go to Lowes"!It's Memorial Day weekend and after years teaching retail management I say to you Mr Manager......if you don't understand the importance of proper staffing on the first big holiday weekend of the year, you're in the wrong business, at the very least, the wrong position!BTW......I did end up at Lowes where I spent $516.62

It seems they are having a hard time getting in their orders according to one employee. This is the third time I've gone in to get chicken feed, specifically layer pellets but they were out so I had to settle for a smaller bag of something else. The staff is always friendly enough.

Bought a hydrangea plant in December and it didn’t look healthy but took a Chance and planted it. It never recovered. I call the store and no refund but get another for half price. Most stores have a year warranty on plants .

I'm writing this review to cover multiple experiences - the first couple of times where service was unacceptable, I chalked it up to chance. First and foremost; this Tractor Supply is SLOW. If i said they moved at a snail's pace - that would be quite the complement. The people working this store have zero motivation, take zero pride in their job, and have zero respect for customers. The look on peoples face in the checkout line say it all. Everyone I saw tonight were beyond annoyed. Maybe its a corporate issue - or a management issue. I thought, maybe if they hired older more mature employees - nope! Not a single teenager insight. I even tried curb side pickup hoping it would be more efficient than walking the store and standing in line - negative; that was a grave error. On all three my attempts to do curb side pickup, I waited 30 minutes + and no one showed at my vehicle. This is precisely why Amazon is doing so well - they provide a selection and service (2 day delivery most times). This location is so bad, I may have to start going to Northern Tool an hour a way just so I can converse with a worker with some knowledge of their store. Trust me - Go elsewhere.

Mr. D is a true asset to the Greenwood store! No matter the time of day I come to Tractor Supply, Mr. D is ALWAYS smiling from ear to ear and is always so eager to help you in anyway he can. Mr. D, thank you for the constant AMAZING customer service you give!! Can’t stress enough how thankful we are for him!

Around 12 on Apr. 29, 2020, I had a very negative experience in this tractor supply. I was in the store looking for baby chicks, and a delivery had just been made. I was told by a very disgruntled and rude employee that I would have to wait thirty minutes until the chicks would be ready. I stood by, waiting for them, and was treated very poorly by the employee who was a heavy set, red headed woman. After waiting for a considerable amount of time, the woman told me that it would be at least two hours until I could take the chicks due to them needing food and water. When I asked why she didn’t tell me this originally and what changed from the thirty minutes? She said quite snuggly that she had forgotten... I will not be going back to this store nor would I recommend it to anyone!

I'm 50 years old. I've traveled many places in the USA..have done business with lots of companies..But I've never been treated so nice In tractor supply of greenwood on 7/24/18..it was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door with a problem. To walking out the door satisfied. Believe the manager's name was Timothy..he was awesome!

We got a puppy for my grandparents yesterday and went here right after we picked her up to find out about vaccinations. While we were in there the cashier noticed the puppy didn’t look quite right, we thought she was just sleeping in my daughter’s arms and resting but she said a puppy should be more perky than that. She recommended some paste to bring up her blood sugar because we we weren’t sure when she had eaten last. We also bought puppy formula and a syringe and fed her immediately. By the time we got her home she was playing and active. I’m so thankful we stopped by and she noticed something wasn’t right because we might not have noticed any problems until it was too late.

They didn't have the dog crate that was advertised on their website so I had to purchase a different one. I wasn't offered any compensation. I helped the associate get the heavy crate off the top shelf so she didnt hurt herself. She didn't offer me any help to the register nor did the cashier offer me any help to my truck. I wasn't impressed with the customer service. If your plan is to buy something large or heavy from this place you need to bring your own dolly or at the very least a strong man or woman to help you get the item to your vehicle, because you won't get any help from any of the store personnel.

This store has gone downhill. I've shopped here for years and the employees now are as uncaring and rude as Wal Mart employees. Don't dare interrupt Susan (yes that's her name) while she's busy ignoring you and if you expect a thank you for spending your money there she'll smirk in your face and turn her back on you. I'll return in 6 months or so to see if it's improved.

I have been a regular customer for years, this store was always great until the new manager took over a few years ago, know there is a line to the back of the store every time I come in ( and that's a couple times a week ) and he is wasting time trying to sign people up for credit cards with 20 people in line. Management at this store is awful.

Called asked for two items said they didn’t have them the guy was rude with me on the phone and sarcastic and not helpful I got there they had both items I called for and they were talking about me in the back when I got there and asked for help I over heard then. Rude not helpful and lied about not having the two items I needed ulcer guard and coastal hay for my horse I needed while I was out of town. I love tractor supply but not the one in greenwood

Stood in line for 15 min. The cashier was talking with a girl about her mom. The cashier actually turned away from us and kept talking. I realize your from the south and a lot friendlier here but not when your on a 30 min lunch breake and need mower parts. I lived at tractor supply in Michigan but can honestly say I won't ever shop the greenwood store again.

The staff is so incredibly helpful, especially the gentleman who works in the pet and farm animal department. He is courteous, knowledgeable and will literally walk you around and show you what you need. I love this place!

We went there and decided to get drinks around 5:30 pm. The first drink I wanted was hot chocolate, but it was watered down and gross. Then we tried again, same thing. And then we out vanilla creamer in it, but that didn't help. (Another note: my sister let go of the drink dispensing button, but it continued to fill, and over filled) Then I wanted Dr Pepper, but it was gross! It was yellow and disgusting!A-Would I go there again?Q-Maybe to see if the experience is differentA-What if it isn't different?Q-I would not go there again

They have nothing organized. All shelfs were in disarray. Price stickers for one item all the way down the aisle for what it went with. Couldn't even find what I needed with all the mess.

God forbid you need propane on any day its not sunny and 75. I stay in a camper throughout the work week. On a friday at 545 pm came to ger propane was told can fill in the dark. Today it was sprinkling rain was told cant do it the rain. Meanwhile my camper has no heat or hot water... i will make sure this location never gets a dime of my money!!!!
