I'm really impressed with the care my baby boy was treated. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get their baby treated with care. She did an amazing job with the hair cut and nails, he is so cute. I will definitely be back

After reading the reviews and five calls later ...other dog spas not allowing Akita’s....I called Summer and we chatted a bit...I then asked “do you work on Akita’s?” She stated “sure”. Well, what a job she did on our Miss Hana Mae. She was in major blowout from shedding here in SC and she did awesome....stepped right in and was a good ole southern gal!!! Summer enjoyed her...yes loooots of hair lol but what a personality summer has and that reflects onto the dogs in her care during her day. I will DEFINITELY return next year as we are still not in SC six months out of the year. You want a good groomer with fair pricing and a clean...well minus some dog hair of course...business. Need to call Summer!!! Below is our white dog again with no blowout!!! ❤️ Ty Summer a definite pleasure!!!!

Always the best service. Ive been here in the past when hope was here but now another lady has taken over the business and hope couldn't have chosen a better person to become the owner. Very pleased with the way my dog looks and very kind people here. Highly recommend this to everyone needing a groomer.

My 2 year old shichon loves coming to see Ms. Hope. She always does a great job with him. I love that you can show her a pic of what you want and she will make it happen. We have been to other groomers in Greenwood and my baby Lynex would refuse to go in, but he can't wait to get through the door to see Ms. Hope. Lynex can get some nasty mattes on his body and she always takes care of them. I definitely would recommend Hope's bubbles and bows. They love your pets just as much as you do.

The last time we took our boy to see hope they didn't wash his head. I called her after to let her know and she apologized & offered to redo him that day or the next. She explained that she had a new employee who may have been nervous... It really wasn't a big deal to us... We hadn't had him groomed since & I called her today.... Shockingly she says to me that the last time he was there he was so aggressive that he tried to bite here so she couldn't even wash his head... I know my dog VERY WELL. so when choosing between which story she gave us was true I'm gonna go with her new employee didn't wash him properly... Do not trust the woman if something is wrong she will lie to you

We were really impressed with Hope, she came as a recommendation from our new Vet... Our dog is friendly but he doesn't bath well, we decided to try a groomer & boy was that a great idea not only were we very pleased but our boy was happy to see us but kept running back to hope, he made a friend for sure & we will ALWAYS use her from now on
