I truly love Starbucks cause they are so caring . I'm injured on crutches and the staff helped me out opening doors for me and anyway they could . Thank you Starbucks for everything u did to help me. Also their different kinds of foods and coffee are awesome. Little pricey but Starbucks is definitely worth the effort.Vegetarian options: I didn't really see anything vegetarian. You would have to ask the staff on those topics.Dietary restrictions: They have a few to choose from. I'm on a keto diet I get oatmilk in my coffee or I get a egg white and turkey sausage sandwich.Parking: Just regular parking areasKid-friendliness: Cause they have caffeine drinks I don't think this is a place for kids unless u buy breakfast or other food types for them. They have brownies and fruit drinks I guess kids can drink.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm disabled I didn't see any wheelchair access or automatic doors. The staff helped me out. They are very courteous and professional.

Always good, service is quick even with a long line. Staff is always very polite and courteous. Drinks are always fresh. Only thing i wish the company would do for the staff is provide a way to leave a tip on the card at the drive through window if you do not use the app.

Starbucks employees seem to give good customer service even when they are crazy busy like today. I will be honest McDonald's has really up the bar when it comes to caramel frappe and I would even venture to say they are better and half the price but I will still rate Starbucks a 5. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, and currently limit 10 inside do covid-19 restrictions. My husband had just the regular PIke's roast coffee with double heavy cream and he seemed to enjoy it but more for my pleasure because he is a Dunkin Donuts man.He was even kind enough to take a picture with me. I had the caramel ribbon crunch frappe with extra crunch and extra drizzle which they did not have but that's okay. It lacked about half the flavor of McDonald's with twice the price a bit over $5. I had a birthday gift card so I can't complain at all can I? The best part was having great company sharing with the one I love. That's what coffee is great for. This location has gotten rid of all the cushy chairs which were nice but I guess this helps people to do their business and leave faster haha. The two times I came to this location today cars were wrapped around the building we decided to order from the app and just walk in and pick up our order which was very very easy. Employees were going out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and that I stayed happy.

There were dead bugs and old food crumbs on the glass counter where they had the pastries and stuff 🤢 I let one of the workers know about the bugs and I walked off and it looked like he took a single napkin and wiped it off. He didn’t get any disinfecting cleaner or anything, just a napkin! I started to cancel my order but I had already paid. I could not bring myself to drink my drink and threw it directly in the trash… if you can’t do something as simple as cleaning a counter, what else aren’t you cleaning??

This location has gone a bit downhill. I stood at the counter for several minutes while the employees chatted before someone came over to greet me. While I waited I noticed the case that has the food out was covered in a layer of dust. The store inside does not seem very clean. There is a newer location not too far away that I may try instead.Parking: This parking lot is a pain to get in and out of

I was given a different drink from the one I wanted, and the guy at the register tried to charge me for a remake... now I’ve spent $6.58 and still don’t have my drink. All I wanted was my coffee to make me feel better and now I’m in Starbucks having a breakdown... I’ll Won’t be back I don’t care if I have to make my coffee at home!

my girlfriend and i went through the drive thru because there was a sign on the front saying drive through or mobile only. we ordered our things and made our way towards the window. i only had a $50 bill but the girl at the front said they don’t have change for it. she didn’t even check the drawer, she looked at my bill and said they couldn’t take it. how do you not have a $20, a $10, a five and 2 dollars? we pulled off very disappointed. the drink was already made and sitting in the window and will most likely be thrown away. worst customer service i’ve ever experienced at this location. will not be going to this location again.

As I waited for my mobile order, I observed the employee in this picture mocking and making fun of a deaf man that was making a Skype call. She mocked his gestures and his voice. I was shocked. The coffee was fine as with any Starbucks, but the fact that an employee did this and her fellow employees who condoned it.

Great service! The outside sitting area is wonderful for just watching cars or the wrens that hang out there. My daughter likes to bring bird seed with her to feed them. The only bad thing is parking. Because the drive through is always busy and so you have to park on the side or back of the building to be able to get out of your parking spot. I am disabled and that is an issue for me. Otherwise 5 stars all the way!

I love this place. The staff are so friendly and personable that they’ve become like a second family to me since I go so much lol. It’s always clean. They are as fast as they can be (serving Greenwood all day is not easy). Much love to all the staff ♥️

If I could leave them a zero star review I would. I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and they have continuously gotten my order wrong and yet I go back because it’s the only Starbucks in the area but this is the last time. I have ordered at many Starbucks through my mobile app and they always have it ready whether I ordered it on the app 1 minute prior or 15 minutes prior. Tonight an extremely rude man at the drive thru told me that even though I was the next customer in line I would have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to get my single small coffee ready and that it would be better to cancel my order in the app, which he somehow couldn’t do on his end, reorder my drink at the window and they’d have it ready immediately. Once I got to the window he told me to pull out and come inside to get my drink. When I told him I’d rather him cancel my order and go elsewhere he said he couldn’t help me, I could do it myself. Another worker, who was very polite, came to the window and proceeded to help us cancel the order. As she did so the man walked up and poured my drink out in front of me, that despite him saying would take extra time to make and I needed to come in for, had already been made and was sitting on the counter. This man needs to be mopping the store instead of “helping” customers.

Always run out of product. Could make twice as much if owner or manager would not skimp on ordering supplies. Always out of strawberries and pineapple inclusions. You are missing out on a lot of sales by not having all supplies needed for all drinks. My wife brings orders to work and regularly you are missing out on 6 sales a day 7 days a week by not having these supplies.

The drink I got was not worth $5+ dollar's. And the employees didn't wear gloves and the guy who works there kept touching his face and rubbing his nose. I was praying to God that he didn't touch my cup or I was gonna ask for my money back. But seeing that none of them are wearing gloves I won't be returning. Until they get more sanitary.

The team here is always friendly, and accurate with your order. They have no problem recommending drinks! They have a few all star employees that go above and beyond and I appreciate it so much. Hannah that works there is one of the sweetest and I want to give a special shout out to her! Thank you Starbucks team to rocking it out in this chaos!

For my first time going and ordering my own drinks it was really fun and the girl at the window said she loved hearing new recipes. Me and my husband got orders off of Facebook his was called Rasputin's daily brew and mine was called horchata remix both were very delicious.

The location is great with a drive through! Yessss, i love that! The staff is always nice, and efficient! They show wonderful teamwork, and professionalism! They often have a pretty moderate crowd and they handle it with ease! Lastly, I think they are the absolute best at making iced coffee!

You know how frustrating it is to pull up to Starbucks every single time and have a different order and each time without fail, I hear “oh I’m so sorry but we are out of that item” and NOT just with food or drinks but with cups and lids and straws of all things??. I don’t know if it’s an inventory placement deal, corporate deal, management deal or wht but extremely frustrating. Every single day, every single time. Not an exaggeration. Other than that, staff is friendly and doing the best they can. Wasn’t a fan of getting extremely watery Luke warm oat meal with no condiments or super milky tasting chai with barely any pumps of chai. But if they just put attention to detail, I’d give 4 stars rather than 3.one last thing I might add, when you have a lobby FULL of paying customers and your main focus is getting the mobile orders and drive through done first- that’s not acceptable. Especially when having to plan coming in 30 minutes before work just to get one drink. This isn’t just a one time thing. I’ve been going to this Starbucks since August and am just now irritated enough to leave a review.
