SCPC has always done so good with my boy, Harvey! The first time I left him to stay while we went on vacation I was so nervous and was crying, but they reassured me that he would be totally fine. They’ve sent pictures and videos to me while he’s stayed there!!! Definitely recommend!

I took my Pomeranian in for a “puppy cut” and specifically said I didn’t want her shaved and they shaved her down to her skin! In addition the girl at the front counter was rude and my dog was there over 7 hours! If I could give zero stars I would!Photo on the left is before and on the right is after.Do not go here.

This was the only place I could find in Greenwood that does boarding for rabbits. I brought my bunny Oliver to stay for the weekend while I was on vacation. I was very nervous at first leaving him with strangers but the two ladies I encountered were very kind and comforting. I was happy to hear that he had plenty of free time to hop around and exercise. I was VERY pleased with their service and will be back again!

Hazel loves going to daycare to see her friends! It has helped her socialize with other dogs and she's exhausted everytime she comes home! The employees are great and so good to the dogs!!

AMAZING facility, wonderful staff, quality care, and always available when I'd like to check-in on my pups when traveling. We've used this facility the past 18-months, and wont' use anyone else! Looking for a safe place where you animals can have a home away from home, look no further!

I've had it with this place! I wasn't going to leave a review but enough is enough!I came in once because I forgot to tell them something, and the groomer was tussling with my tiny dog roughly, and he yelped. She didn't know I had walked back in.I've seen them leave the little dogs out front with no shade. When I pointed it out, I was met with attitude! I asked that my dogs not be left outside!Came another time and a small dog was alone out front walking in a circle. It then ran its head into the wall a couple times, then went back to circling. I told someone inside and they shrugged and said..."ooohh that's fine, she's blind!" What!!! Go check on her! Wonder if her owner would be OK with that!When I pick my fur babies up from boarding, they've lost all their home training. They come home with every bad habit in the book! Makes me wonder what goes on there!And this last time we had our dog groomed, they darn near cut his ear off. My daughter put him in the car and we were looking at how adorable he looked. Then she was like..."mom what's that wet looking red stuff?! Checked him and he had a horrible cut on his ear. Took over a half hour to stop the bleeding. Thought I was going to have to take him to the vet! There's NOOO way they didn't see that they cut his ear! No way! It was awful!We're never taking our fur babies back there! They're way too careless, nonchalant, and irresponsible for my liking! And dishonest! 😡

This was mine and Lily Anne's first visit. I really likes there large shop they have plenty of room for all the fur babies, they also have boarding for pets. All of the ladies who work there are super nice. Definitely 110 🌟 's. I feel that Lily Anne got excellent care 💕. She looked and smelled lovely.

I cannot say enough about Tracee and the staff at Southern Country Pet Care. It’s a family owned business that treats their customer’s dogs like their very own fur babies. I’ve been bringing my pups here for over 2 years and I trust them more than anyone with them, and the pups are always excited when we pull down the long gravel road. It’s been exciting to see the facility grow over the years and all the new additions, including their full service grooming! This picture is after the pups were groomed here and looking fancy in their bow ties!

They are super accommodating and friendly! My dog is usually nervous but he does extremely well here! Usually when I take my dog to the groomers i get side eyes since he has some allergies that I struggle to fix, which leave him a bit smelly. However they never bat an eye! Also very reasonably priced, this is the only place I feel comfortable taking my dog if I'm being honest.

Highly, highly, highly recommend!! Tracee and her awesome staff lovingly took my dog in as we were evacuating from Hurricane Matthew, and I could not have felt more comfortable leaving him anywhere! They all treated him as their own and made us feel so welcome in a truly stressful time in our lives. Great care and attention!

We had taken our older dog, Max, several times a week. He loved it. Max had several health issues, and Tracee was so very accommodating. Max loved Tracee. Max has crossed the rainbow bridge.We our now taking our new doggie there.I recommend this facility to anyone. Groomer is awesome as well. Overall wonderful place.

This was our second time using SCPCI’m upset that my dogs came home sick with a cough and mucus coming from their eyes and nose sounds like it’s hard to breathe. My Ace takes Apoquel for allergies and doesn’t look like he had any with patches all over his belly. My Axle looks like bones and ate 3 bowls of food when he got home like he was starving. So now I have a expensive emergency vet bill to find out they have respiratory infection. Then I see it was already known by another review and I wasn’t told either. Owner needs to investigate their employees.

They had had a case of a "respiratory cold" going around with the dogs, didn't tell us about it. When we got our dogs back, they had Kennel cough. Would NOT recommend.

Clean and they seem to care well for the pets. They play a good part of the day and then nap in a climate controlled area. They aren't warehoused like some other places.

This place is awesome... If you need to board your pets and not have to worry about how they are treated or about them getting loose or getting away and ran over.... Then bring them here!
