I appreciate y’all helping my two babies!! Their normal groomer took a much deserved vacation and i tried to schedule last minute before our vacation not realizing. My husband and I both called several places trying to get an appointment with no luck but after a couple weeks looking, you worked us in!! You did a great job at a very reasonable price!! We were visiting for a few weeks, and my dog needed a bath, nails, etc. They very kindly squeezed me in. Appeared they have 2 resident cats and 2 or 3 resident dogs to greet visitors. Everyone just kind of roams area on own instead of being caged while waiting their turn. Not sure how my dog would react, so we agreed to place her in a run after she was bathed. When we arrived to pick her up she was just watching everyone with such an expression of humor it was priceless! She's never been around that many free ranging pets at one time. Would recommend to anyone

My Dad suggested Sam and Boos after I tried different groomers in the Greenville area and was not impressed! I wish I had went to Denise from the start!! Her attention to detail shows in her work and it is well worth my 45 drive to Greenwood. Keep up the great job and I forgot to mention her prices are amazing as well.

I take my pets to Sam and Boo's. So does my mom, my sister, my sister in law, my father in law and pretty much everyone I know who has pets. They have always been friendly courteous and professional. Denise Ross even boarded my cats at her house for 9 days. And I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. Sam and Boo's is an awesome place with an awesome environment.

Dirty, not very friendly, dogs wandering all over took themOver 2.5 hours just to give my Yorkie a bath, and when I arrivedStill had to wait. Her assistant walked around ignoring you with a head set on while he gave dog baths. Do not recommend this place to anyone, very shoddy workmanship.

This is the most unprofessional place, we came here thinking it was a better alternative than petsmart but it was a nightmare. She gave him the wrong haircut, she yelled at us, and then throw the money at us when we were leaving. Most unprofessional business in Greenwood. Would NEVER recommend. She was grabbing and pulling and he kept whining. Not how to treat a dog

I wouldn't send my neighbors rat here. Animals have caught kennel cough but they don't have kennels. She leaves dogs in a bath while she waits on other customers. I know this because she did it to me. I dropped off my yorkie at 9am and at 4pm I demanded my dog. He was literally running with water. I never took him back.

I used to take my dog here and he always came home seeming sad/sleepy and I would find little cuts on him. I told my friends about this and they claimed they had the same experience. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
