Good place to shop for bargain clothing. Only negative thing for me is that you cannot take their carts to the parking lot. Last year I bought a small table that I had a hard time carrying to my car because the tall rod on the shopping cart prevented me from going through the exit door.

Was very pleased at shopping at Ross last night. Found the perfect dress that we was looking for. Oh and the shoes . And a few other things. They employees there was just awesome . The store Manager was so sweet . She made sure that our visit was pleasant. Loved how when we walked into the store it WAS WELCOME TO Ross.. store was nice and clean . Over alla great night to shop . Thanks Ross. Well definitely will be back to do more shopping

My daughter and I were very disappointed with our shopping experience. When we first walked in, there were very small kids running everywhere uncontrollably. The staff should have controlled that situation. I had to tell them myself to stop running. They were yelling also.The clothes were very, very cheap looking and very picked through, so we did not find anything what so ever. I'd say Goodwill has Ross beat by ALOT! The cleanliness of the store. Well, there was nothing clean about it. I even saw cigarette butts on the floor. The store smelled like urine. Clothes, shoes, and other items were just thrown every which away in some areas. This store needs better management, no doubt. It was a waste of our time. Hopefully, writing this review will be helpful.

Found too many things in this store while killing time! The prices were so fab I just couldn't pass up these deals! Staff was so nice! The girl at the fitting room was wonderful! And the cashier was both friendly and fast!

Great shopping experience. But you lose a star because this store did not provide a sanitizing station at the entrance to clean carts & hands. Please don't pretend Covid did not happen! And please know it is still taking lives today. But ending on the positive: Even cloud shoes were on clearance. But the wrong size! Alexis was an amazing cashier. Moving us thru the checkout fast & friendly!

Prices were crazy. Some pieces were very cheap and others were off the wall. Bathing suit tops only 45.00 others were 20.00 shorts 15.00 not bad. All different kinds of merchandise. My 1st time there and the cashier was sweet and helped with all my questions. I'll go back when I have time to look at everything.

They have a little bit of everything! From accessories, clothes, shoes, and even pet furniture. I found just the right starter kitty condo fur out little kitties. They love it. I also found a nice male grooming kit for a gift, and one for me... Hehe I always seem to find something we need in this store.

They have good prices. Some of their clothing is really nice looking, and some not so nice. The store is clean and looked nice. They have a good variety of clothing in all sizes. They have a good selection of shoes. The employees were very nice. The dressing room way nice.

This store has a pretty good selection of name brand clothes, jewelry, accessories, etc.The layout of the store sucks. The aisles are so narrow that it's almost impossible to navigate through them without bumping into other shoppers. The checkout is probably the worst. They set up racks to where it's a maze. You can't tell where the line ends.

I am not a fan. Ross does do what it claims to, which is offer items for the lowest price. My complaint is that it is always unorganized and half of the right side of the store is not stocked at all. They will literally display and sell, anything, including packages that are wet to the touch. I am speaking of an item with thin cardboard over plastic and the cardboard label was wet. It seems like something they noticed and still tried to sell.

Very clean store with a huge selection. I got health/bath products, bed linens, tools, clothes and some shoes for family and did not have to deal with a crammed store full of people and buggies. Nice staff. Prices are better than online prices with many different things.

Me and My wife had to go shopping for a pair of work pants black and the lady that was walking around helped her fine what she was looking for & I even found me a pair of flip flops, so everyone is starting to help customers more and more these days and that's awesome to see, so I gave them a 5 Star Rating also

I really like this place. Like every other retail or restaurant, prices have gone up considerably. If you see it & want it, don't wait because it will be gone tomorrow, same as Big Lots & Ollie's.

Kimberly at the register was terrible. Extremely rude, didn't listen when we answered questions she asked and then snapped at us because she thought we hadn't answered. She was very abrasive and extremely inattentive. Seemed much more interested in her fellow worker's gossip than in doing her job properly. If there was a no star option, I would choose that. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life.

If Goodwill and Belk had a baby...Shoes: My son is now 6' 4" - Ross' has helped a lot with good SHOES! He's 19 and (hopefully) settled into a 14. Ross was always our go-to for awesome brand of shoes, a lot of times at half price. He still goes here to get shoes for himself.Dresses: My mom, my daughter, and I have gone there for years for good looking dresses, I'm plus sized, though there's not a large selection to choose from, I've still been happy to get what I have.Decor: is adorable, and pretty varied. If you'd like things to put up that people ask, "oh! Where did you get this??" then Ross is a great spot. Still a fair price, but not the same thing everyone else has.Gifts: through the holidays Ross is jammed. There's always been a wide selection of consumable gifts for every holiday, very unique!Service: years ago, a lady worked there that put me off a bit, kinda scary, worked at the dressing rooms lol but I felt safe? It's not always the case. The last several times I've been there the staff has been polite and helpful, with a smile. I like that someone is at the rooms.Overall: It's not always the same stock, so if you visit more than once every 6 months, there's more to choose from. If you want a gorgeous store where you're approached and doted on, where every section has items that are just for you - this isn't it. If you're one to want name brand stock variety for nearly half the usual prices, don't care about snazzy layouts, and want to just shop to save - this is it.Bring comfy shoes, it's hard not to be a while.

Kimberly at the register was awful! If you hate your job, QUIT! I have never had such a bad experience with customer service! I thought she was going to bite my head off! And I was only here to get a suit due to a death in my family! I do not need someone to be rude in a time of grievance! I hope she gets her wish and gets fired! Please fire her!

Had a shirt that was paid for 7.99 and the guy said I could exchange it because it was too small for a shirt for 7.99 but when I tried to exchange it they would only give me $.51 in exchange credit. Wouldn't do what the guy told me. All they said is they would talk to him about giving me the wrong information. I won't shop there again.
