The male cashier was super friendly and helpful. He has a great personality with customers and seems like he enjoys his job. I do like PetSmart. They have good deals. I got this small bed for 5.97 for my cats but it's in dog area.

I purchased a body collar that when I got home I found it too large. I returned it and and they were great to help me, they they even took their time to try on two other collers to find one to fit. You just don't find that kind of service anymore!!

This is on the grooming. Tracy is excellent with our Levi. My only suggestion is be willing to wait 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment.

I am ABSOLUTELY APPAWLED that I received my aridale terrier in this state. I took her to get groomed and received her shaved completely on the back but not on her legs. I do not recommend taking your aridale terriers here EVER.

Not sure how the other things are here, staff is OK. their treatment of fish though, is terrible. All their bettas are dead or dying.

Please work on customer service. 3/5/23 5:50pmWhen I seek help in a store I have tried my best to locate what I need. I couldn't find an item i had purchased last week so I asked an associate to help make sure I wasn't overlooking it. The response, "You can try aisle 12." Yes sir, that's where I'm looking but I want to make sure I'm not overlooking it. Nredless to say,, no help was given.On my way to Chewy/Amazon now.🙄

It was a fantastic experience as always. Really cool place. The cats they have in the adoption area are super chill and well taken care of. I hate that that the little fighter fish attack eachother so they have to be kept in separate containers but that really can't be helped.Overall good experience.

My husband and I were in Big Lots on this past Friday, looking for a sectional. The store was very clean and organized, with a very friendly staff. We were very, very, impressed at other merchandise that we ended up finding, and purchasing. We will defiantly be shopping at our store in Greenwood, SC., #1096. Janice and her team are doing a good job. Very trained cashier, did not get her name. Also, the man who waited on us about sectionals, very professional. 👍🏼👊🏽

Loved this place! Not only was it clean with no detectable animal smells, but the staff were Awesome!I was there with the manager, and I was taken on a full tour including the back area, bathrooms, copy room , break room, and shown the cleaning supplies that were used... Perfect.Not a dirty spot or out of place item.Everything was organized, neat, and easy to see the prices.I even looked under the shelving units and found nothing! Not even dust.Highly knowledgeable and quick with a smile, this is one Pet Supply store I recommend!

This is one of those reviews that are two sided. That being said I have always shopped here, prices are high and do not even consider using the veterinary services because the cost is beyond obnoxious. I am not even judging but it is cheaper to get emergency treatment than it is for a normal service here. They constantly send you to specialists who in reality are basically plastic surgery priced doctors. Cancer centers aside, every other referral has been garbage. Call your local Humane Society and ask them what veterinary clinic you would be best overall to use

I had purchased a harness for my dog online and it was too small,so I took it back to the store to see if I could return it and get the right size. The associates were very helpful and gave me a gift card for my return. And I got the right harness and checked out and they were all friendly,and I would recommend them anytime

Your employees need a little more training on customer service. I went to purchase a blue parakeet(which I am not new to. I have purchased 2 parakeets from there already. Upon entering the store one of the associates told me that my cage was too small. This is exact same cage I came up there with a year ago and purchased the same type of parakeet with the cage size being no problem. Which I also purchased from pet smart at the same time I purchased my first parakeet. I was asked by the associate what happened to the other one and I told her that it had died. She asked me why…….how the hell am I supposed to know how it died m??? I’m not a vet!! I just simply wanted to purchase another parakeet. She also told me that she could not put the parakeet in the cage that I brought. It could only be put in the box. Again the last time I came to pet smart with my cage the associate had no problem putting the parakeet in the cage I brought. Your employees need to work on making a sale and their customer service.

Good variety of chew toys for dogs. Friendly staff and their grooming station is very friendly towards any animal that comes in. I have a short hair cream lab and she is terrified of water and they made sure she was comfortable while getting a bath and I appreciate that.

If you shop here, you better hope everything goes smoothly because their idea of customer service is that the manager doesn't need to talk to you, the store doesn't have to honor associates words, and that any failure on their part is simply too bad. They'll do it the way that's easiest for them regardless of whether you want it that way, and they can do it because there isn't any competition. Please, someone open a competing pet store, I am begging you! My last two experiences (both with pickup orders) were miserable. The first time, the system never sent them my order, which meant they didn't uphold the promised 2 hour turnaround time. They refused to do anything (other than cancel the order) to make the experience right, even though it was their system failure that meant the order wasn't ready the day it was placed. Angie, the manager, wouldn't come out to talk with me. She continued to send poor Jade (the cashier) to do her dirty work. This last time, the litter I ordered came in a broken box. Instead of canceling the order, they had me come in to get it. When I asked about a replacement, I learned they were out and were trying to pawn the broken box off on me. Jade said I could have 50% off another box to make up for the mistake. He then handed me off to Jessica who said they would honor no such offer, even though Jade admitted to extending it. She would only return the item, which she did on a gift card instead of refunding the money. When I asked about returning it to the card, she said she would have to do a lot of paperwork and walked away. Angie finally came out to do work but without acknowledging me in any way. Angie handed me the return in cash (a second method I didn't want. I don't understand why I can't get the charge returned to my card) without a word. When I asked about getting it returned to the card, Angie said, "This is easier." That was it. Never an apology, never honoring commitments, never doing something helpful to the customer, never even talking to the customer unless required. Avoid this place at all costs.

Took Lily Anne there for a basic bath and nail trim 😍, She was super nervous going in a strange place. When I picked her up she looked so pretty and smelled similar to a vanilla cupcake. You could tell the little girl took a lot of time trimming her hair under her pads and nails. I was super satisfied. 10 stars 🌟
