It was great except for one thing someone had broken the end of the vacuum off and unfortunately that's what I needed most my aussie doodle is hard to get dry with just the blower. Hope they get it fixed so wr can go back again soon

Although I was thrilled to learn about this place and was impressed with the creative design, there were a few problems that need to be addressed. First, the clip that attaches your dog to the wall was broken. The thumb lever was missing but I used my nail to open the latch as my wild beast was trying to jump out of the tub. Secondly, we had a little season change and maybe that was the problem, but the water was chilly. My third issue was the sprayer handle was slippery and needed a better design with a rubber grip. I found the soap too watered down to be effective. Luckily, I had brought my own soap and that worked better for me. The vacuum nozzle was broken and unusable. Luckily, I brought some towels and used them. Obviously, you want each person to clean the tub after they are done but since machine only accepted full payment for full cycle, I was left to wipe down walls and tub with my personal towels. I tried to add a dollar or two but I was too late and machine had reset. Again, the overall design concept was great and much needed in this area, but owner needs to fix these issues. A phone number to call and report issues would have been nice, too.

Still very grateful for this place. But people need to start cleaning after themselves and their pets. It's not fair that I have to use some of my time, aka money, to clean the tub before I can wash my own dog because the person before me didn't clean up after their dog. Leaving tons of fur not only all in the tub, but even up on the wall. Are some of you hanging your pets up against the wall? I don't get it. It's easy and convenient but it's 12 minutes for $10, and if I have to use 2-3 minutes of MY time to clean up after YOUR dog, that's not cool. Clean up after your fur babies please. I do. It's not that hard. And the card machine keeps messing up. I have to make sure I bring cash. Otherwise, you might be SOL.

I UESD to love this place but after leaving with a soaking wet dog my mind has definitely changed! I looked on google to try to find a number or way to contact someone and I couldn’t find anything. What I did find is that SEVERAL people have complained that the card reader does not work over many months. You would think that they would either fix the card reader machine or make it clear that it is cash only! Jeezzzzz 😡
