Love the garden department this time of year. A beautiful assortment of flower's and outdoor projects. Don't forget to check out the clearance plants. Look sad but just need a little Lovin. Look at my Rose tree. 😊

I usually love Lowe's and the employees are always usually very helpful. I went in today to get a pint of paint and I had to stand at the counter for 15 minutes. There was 2 employees working and they both acted like I wasn't even there. By far the slowest and worst service I've ever experienced in this store!

Yesterday, I needed light bulbs for an outdoor light fixture. We couldn’t find the bulbs the instructions recommended. An employee came and asked if we needed help as we were trying to find the correct bulbs. He scanned the light fixture box and found the correct bulbs for us. I wish I remembered his name. He was very helpful! He deserves 5 stars! Now the reason, I gave three stars. I came back later yesterday looking for quarter round trim. I asked 3 different employees for help finding what I needed. Each one of them just said a different place to look. They didn’t take the time to actually help me look for what I needed . Finally, I saw another employee (Mason) and asked him for his help. He took the time to help look for what I needed. The store didn’t have what I needed in stock but I appreciated Mason’s help. He was very nice and willing to help. He also deserves 5 stars!

Self check out does not work. When I can't even figure out how to buy a broom and dust pan, then your self check out machine is a failure. I own a computer. I still didn't understand how to ring my item up. I just left the broom I wanted to buy at their dumb check out machine and walked out in anger. Go back to having humans ring items up. Update 4/26/24: I was actually foolish enough to go back and try to buy something here again. Even before reading the owner's reply. I really wanted to get end tables they sell there but no one was there to help get them down for me. I went to the self check out machine and there was a lot of employees standing near those. When I was standing there with the same broom and dust pan I tried to buy before, I was waiting for a employee to help ring me up but all I got was a rude young blonde lady who would rather have her nose in her phone than help a customer. She acted like I was bothering her in her own home. She eventually told me the self check out machine is broken and that I should go to their only maned register. I didn't go over there with my cart because one time a lady there acted like I should just go to the self check out machines. I left my cart with the broom in it. Never in my life have I felt so unwanted in a store. Get rid of self check out and bring back the conveyor belts and registers.

I had a project. The first day I went in Leo helped me, he cut my wood for the project, helped me decide on stain and was so incredibly professional and helpful. After I finished my project, I loved it so much that I wanted to build more. I went back the next day to buy more wood. Leo was off that day so I asked two different people who worked in the department for help. I was ignored by one and the other said it would be a couple hours. I went to the supervisor over the department to see if anyone could cut some wood for me, he said no, that they don't cut wood for special projects and pointed me to the saws. When I asked since when doesn't Lowe's help people with special projects he claimed they never have, which I know is not true, there was a time when Lowes did. When I mentioned Leo and how he helped me, the manager said he would talk to him and tell him not to do that anymore. WOW! I got exceptional service from Leo and the worst service I have ever experienced at Lowe's by two employees and a manager. I guess they don't do what they advertise in Greenwood, maybe they're just lazy, not like that in Charleston.

Great staff, very helpful. The big guy with the beard is witty & charming. He it's a natural. Don't let him get away. Those of us that have the time to come & shop in the store really appreciate the return to full service approach I've noticed in your stores in VA, SC & TX.Keep up the good work.

They seem to be trying harder than they have in the past to help shoppers find the things they are looking for but,They can do better. On another visit the woman who worked there may have just been having a bad day or may have just been naturally rude. At LAST I have found more than One that seemed to be The Best ! Very Knowledgeable about the Flooring I was looking for , That's a BIG THANKS for TONY in flooring , He was able from looking @ a picture of the Flooring I purchased 2 years ago , and MATCH THE FLOORING EXACTLY ! Even tho they had changed the name of the company selling the flooring . GOOD JOB TONY And Lowe's . Y'all got an Extra Star Today !

Please beware of how crooked lowes has become! Me and my husband purchased a 3,000$ washer and dryer from this location and we purchased an extended warranty that lowes provided and sold us on. It came in real handy when the washer flooded my whole laundry room a week after we purchased it. Lowes came out and replaced it.Fast forward a year later. Our washer once again is not working. We called the protection program (extended warranty) and it directed us to whirlpools warranty department. Which is fine, but then whirlpool directs you back to who the warranty was purchased with!! So it’s a circle. We tried calling and of course hour long hold times for anyone at lowes. So we visit the store and they informed us that since we didn’t have a 9 digit code from the receipt, from last year! They would not honor the warranty and could do nothing for us. I even explained we already used this warranty once. I brought bank statements, documents of the warranty given to us, and it was like I was speaking to a robot who could only say, I can’t help you unless you have the 9 digit code from your receipt.A side note for the store manager Bob, your assistant manager Aaron, should not be in this line of work. It’s obvious Aaron can’t handle these types of discussion and preceded to tell me in front of my kids, husband, and anyone else close that he deserves respect, and if I had a nicer attitude he would help me. I was not out of line, aggravated, obviously. I waited for help for almost an hour last Sunday, on top of all the time I already wasted getting this straightened out, AND not having a working washer with a family of four. What a joke!!!! I called my bank and issued a fraudulent claim against lowes and explained they won’t honor their warranty because I don’t have a receipt. I can only pray the bank can get better answers than me. Either honor the warranty or give me my money back! And shame on lowes, and the employees who think it’s ok to steal money from a working class American. If you read this, I challenge you to put yourself in my shoes. You work pay check to pay check. You finally buy a brand new appliance and even buy the extended warranty bc you know with your luck and budget something will go wrong and you won’t be able to afford it, and THEN NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT! It wasn’t cheap either it was almost 300$!

Went in to get a car key made and couldn't get help from not one store associate. They were very understaffed and the one guy that could do it helped somebody else before me who wasn't in line. Thanks for nothing Ron. Veteran or not... Do your job.

We went to buy a farm gate, the price listed was 92.99, stood in line to pay for it, it was wrung up at 219.00, came outside to check it, they had an old sign posted for the gate instead of the updated price,We also had to wait, and wait for some wood, they needed to go outside to get them, but got into a bind outside, so ended up having to buy something different than what we needed, not enough staff to help customers!!

Customer service is terrible, hate self check out.Some knowledgeable staff in paint, flooring and plumbing. Customer service desk really needs to focus on customer service. Autumn is a terrible representative of lowes customer service. Terrible attitude. Thankfully there were sufficient support staff around to save the day!

I bought cabinets at lowes. They made were wrong .The fan over stove the cord with plug is installed wrong. Is going up incabinet instead of hanging. Had to pay $800.00 to have somebody to measure for cabinets. Everytime I talked to somebody always got a different answer. Will never buy or have anything to do what Lowe's. Very disappointed. That Lowe's was better than that.

Having been a Lowe's customer in Greenwood for over 40 years from the Durst St. location to present, I made my last visit today. When told that I must ring myself up, I handed my items to the girl and me and my money left. I came to buy, not do employees work for free.

Scottie in the paint section was incredible! He answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. It was so refreshing for an employee to be so knowledgeable. He was super busy and was by himself at one point, and there were others just waiting for his advice. The wait was worth it.

Regina Rice.........there's nothing else that needs to be said. I had major complications with an online order and could not get anywhere with the automated system, the online chat person was not helpful, and not being in the immediate area of the Greenwood store added additional complications. I called the store, I was connected with Regina Rice in order fulfillment and the rest was a smooth transition. From the inception to the completion of the project Regina's unmeasurable level of customer service and care proved that some people really do still care about their profession and how they treat others. Thank you for representing the Lowe's brand well, Regina. :)

Done with Lowes went to Greenwood picked up a few items no checkers open only self check. People lined up having issues. I don’t like and refuse to self check. Asked an associate to check me out and she wanted to know why I couldn’t do it myself. Well mainly because I don’t work for Lowe’s. Left the merchandise and won’t be back. Take some of the numerous associates wandering around store on cellphones and train them to operate registers. To late for me but maybe you will save a future customer. I will drive elsewhere before stepping back in your store.

Lowe's is awesome they took back my husband's tape measure without a receipt and it was rusty and wouldn't return back into the tape measure they gave us an in store credit for 29.99 however it actually cost 39.00 but it would not allow a return without the reciept for that price so she charged it as the cheaper one and still got back 32.00. so not bad if I say so myself

I literally don't know how to handle this. I know Lowe's is taken advantage of all the time by people but really that doesn't have anything to do with me. I melted a terminal on a battery. The accepted way to repair that is to drill a hole in the adjoining post and screw in a lag bolts to hold the lead. I'm standing flat footed over the golf cart screwing this just bought Lowe's lag bolt into a predrilled hole. It snaps off. You have to know I couldn't have been exerting that much torque in the position I was in. I go back to Lowe's and they sold me a "Grabit" Speedout. It won't drill down the broken bolt as it keeps wanting to slip off and go the much softer lead post side. I've now taken the battery out of the cart and can see no way it is going to back that broken lag out.
