We ordered 10 yards of topsoil and 3 pallets of Bermuda grass. The quality of both were terrible. The topsoil was full of big clump. The majority was waste and not usable. The sod was in poor condition, many sheets were ripped and lacked soil. I would not recommend this business.

Just had a truck load of "Screened Top Soil" from Landscape Supply delivered and dumped. It is NOT screened. This is not Top Soil. After they dumped it on our property, they refused to take it back or give us a credit.This soil is NOT screened, large pieces of dirt the size of large rocks, sticks, rocks, leaves, branches are all in this dirt. I would make sure before purchasing you visit the site first and look at the product before delivery. They told us this top soil that they filtered came out of an apartment complex that was demolished and they bought the rights to this soil. This is NOT top soil!! Be careful!

Top notch customer service. Purchased a pallet of sod and was given an older pallet by mistake. I notified them once I discovered the issue and they apologized profusely for the mix up and gave me a fresh pallet and fertilizer to try to help salvage the old pallet. Went above and beyond my expectations and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for your landscaping needs.

Lady was the only polite, responsive, knowledgeable person of the 3. I had planned to use them to complete my extensive backyard projects, but apparently I did not look like a big spender. Only response at the desk from the 2 guys was a thumb over the shoulder and a short "they're back there"-- I was looking for possibly 3 boulders. Ended up with just one. And when I was ready to pay, the guy at the desk was obviously irritated that I had interrupted his lunch. No help from anyone. Except the lady-- thanks, ma'am. Delivery guy was fine. Guys at the yard? I certainly am done with them. Wonder if the owner knows... I sure plan to share with my landscaper. By the way, I had another person with me that day. They won't use them either.

Friendly people who took time when I didn't know what the heck I wanted or how to calculate how much product I needed. Winston is also an asset. Now it only they carried cold Hydro One Beverages it would be six stars!
