So disappointed that management removed all seating around the dressing rooms! This grandmother will need to find a different store in which to shop for her granddaughters.UPDATE: The store manager contacted me to let me know that she had investigated and returned the seating to outside the dressing rooms. Kudos for customer service!

I shopped the women's section, and there is a large variety of various clothing items for every occasion from sleepwear to cocktail dresses. There were a number of items you could choose and earn Kohl's cash. I signed up for emails so that l get alerted of sales.

I can rarely find my bra size & if I do it's one brand & one bra. at kohl's I found 4 bras my size in 4 different brands. 🤗💕I bought 4 bras!!!🤗

New to the area. Returned some Amazon items. Got a discount with receipt of Amazon items. Looked around the store. It was really well organized, extremely clean (incl dressing rms). All the staff I encountered were very helpful & friendly. Wish I cld remember all their names but a young lady named Kaniya helped me from beginning to end. Such a friendly young lady. Made me feel so welcomed!!

Great customer service. Helped with questions about prices & location of items. Did not see the sanitizing station at the entrance. Please don't forget we had covid pandemic. We need to stay vigilant! we lost too many. Retailers, please provide sanitizer at doors again. Nice shorts on sale!

Not a very good selection for men's pants over size 36 waist. Really wasn't many options to choose from in the Big and Tall section. I did notice lack of greeting when entering and exiting.

I love getting my son's school clothes from here and Old Navy. They have some really good sales, and I love the Amazon drop-off. Very convenient.

I'm new to Kohl's. I probably wouldn't have visited the store if they hadn't partnered with Amazon to accept returns. The staff is always friendly and professional. Returns are a breeze and the added coupon for 20% off any purchase is wonderful. I was able to score Vera Wang collection bathroom rugs on sale and the coupon was a real money saver! The store has a lot of high quality merchandise at competitive pricing! Brilliant business strategy accepting amazon returns.

This is the 1st Kolhs in Greenwood, that I absolutely love the styles. I live in Anderson, maybe they should take notice to all surrounding Kolhs, cause I quit going to Anderson, their selections sucks and pricing as well.

Great location. Very clean and organized. Friendly staff. Check out was quick and the team member that checked us out was knowledgeable and efficient. Easy in and out. Needed to look up my Kohl’s charge account and it was done swiftly with ease. Love this location and would easily return in the future if needed.

I ran in to check out the clearance items before going to work. I bought a pair of slacks, 2 pairs of jeans, a skirt and a dress. An associate was changing price tags and checked the ones I wanted. She was friendly and helpful. The cashier was very friendly. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Thankfully everything fit ... Except the dress. But my sister loved it.
