Really bad customer service! Im not sure if it was the manager talking disrespectfully to another employee older than her in front of all other customers, employer seems to be new worker and needs extra help, but manager doesnt seem like she has patience at all, or shows that she wants to work at all, she was outside with some friend while new employee was having trouble scanning, she did not try at all to show her with patience what to do, I ended up not getting my stuff because they didnt know what they were doing🙄Im trying to think positive, thinking she had a bad day, but seems like her attitude is always like that

Went in DG on Emerald Road this morning. It was a total disaster in there. I was shocked at the filthy mess. Cashier was on her phone the whole tyme I was in there, and also while I was checking out my trash bags. Someone needs to clean this mess up! No way I'd buy any food in there. Total pigpen!!!!

I love every one that works there, I have been visiting this store for over 8 years so overall I am happy with their prices, inventory and I only live 4 minutes from the store. The only issue I have is the check out line can get long sometimes, and I hate to stand there waiting when there could be someone at the other register checking people out too, and no one would have to wait in a line of 8-12 people, I rate the store 4, but soon as 2 registers open durning busy hours I will change that score to a perfect 5.. So I will keep y'all informed. Oh. They offer digital coupons also, so you save even more money,.. Emerald Road Dollar general is a great place to shop if you are not in a big hurry.

DG on HWY 221, store 16116 has a habit of mislabelling. Prices never match, and they blame the company, other employees, the delivery drivers. While they're following me around the store can they multitask and correct the prices.

We love most the prices and most the people. But some of your people are so rude 😠 it's a wonder that she's still there. She's been there awhile, she's always been rude. We can understand that everyone has a bad day. But we have seen her be rude almost to the point of being mean to us and to others. That's our review.

They always include have 1 person at the register & 2 people working each shift. The 2nd person hardly ever comes out to help the primary cashier. During COVID-19, no one wants to be in a line. Especially when they're not enforcing masks to be worn and/or worn properly.

Great place to shop from light groceries to other household products as well as a decent selection of clothes and health and beauty items. Great store my favorite place to shop for seasonal and household products as well as health and beauty items too.

Staff was very nasty all because someone had opened up a box of microban disinfected spray which I grabbed one out the box. Then had the nerve to call to the back and ask the other employee did she open it. With the five or more customers behind me she had the nerve and argue about it. It's a store that sells stuff I wasn't the one that opened it so don't come at me.

I go to this dollar general often. They always have a large clearance section. Sometimes it is not as clean as I would like for it to be!

I went because of the digital coupons app I installed for that store but they did not work but the employee said that none of them work right so he gave me the value of the coupon by overriding it on the register he was very friendly
