This store is by far one of the best Dollar General stores around. I've shopped here twice. The store looks worn down on the outside and could use pressure washing; however, the parking lot is always clean and the trash is picked up. As seen in my picture, the shelves are for the most part organized and straightened up. The boxes to be unpacked are kept to a minimum and are pushed to one side so that you can push your shopping cart down them. Oscar checked me out and was friendly and patient when I had to run back and exchange something. I will shop at this store before I shop at any other in Greenwood. Keep up the good work and thank you for making my shopping trip pleasant.

One star because zero doesn’t exist.. this store was so filthy, empty floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years where is the leadership do they have a DM where are they at? Will not be shopping here until someone comes in and cleans this up another great store ruined by poor management one in south greenwood much better.

I won't ever go back to any of their stores! I am in shock at the way I witnessed a customer treated, I'm angry for her. The entire time that I watched the staff of #1 a younger female employee and #2 an older but very childish female also the aggressor followed this lady and didn't hide it very well as she was leaning over looking inside the ladies handbag as she shopped and I felt very uncomfortable at this time I only stayed to make sure that she wasn't going to be ganged up on as I knew by her face she felt uneasy, when she got to register #1 started check her out and the lady had a phone SIM card the kind you have to get the employees to open and give to you then scan it before you can purchase it, well #1 asked #2 for help and the #2 came to register and she started Screaming call 911! Then acted so "stupid" yelling now at #1 to check the sim card cases to see if it matched the one she (was trying to purchase, not steal)then reached across and grabbed things out of this ladies purse and was saying to her" this looks like our stuff you stole it I'm calling 911!" then yelled at anyone in store to call 911 as the other employee was running around like a idiot looking to find the place they kept the cards to see if it matched and I'm not expert but Why would she be trying to steal a $1 card and have $50 in stuff trying to actually buy from them?? The lady even told them to go ahead call the cops but they finally threw her stuff back into her purse, most everyone else had left by then It was the worst DISRESPECTFUL /INEXCUSABLE act I ever witnessed I hope the employees were fired and that she is okay now, It's something I will never forget

This is the only dollar general I come to. The Manager Thomas is awesome! He’s always nice and helps me find what I need. Great customer service!!.

I love shopping at Dollar General. One of my favorite places to shop because of the app coupons, selection of items, and convenience of a one stop shop if you only need a couple items. The location I visited today looked like a tornado had been through each aisle. Stocking carts are always in over half of the isles in the way and not one person there is stocking items. And they never have what I need. I usually avoid that particular store and will continue to shop at other stores that are stocked and better maintained.

This establishment is a joke. They’re very unfit to run this business. The manager has employees coming in High as a kite, drunk, and snorting pills and shooting up in the bathrooms. Not just that, lets the employees sleep in the back past their break time. The manager is very rude, narcissistic and misogynistic. He talks about the employees behind their backs like they’re not good enough to be working there but he doesn’t want to work himself. He’s racist and very unfit to be a manager but that’s just my opinion. I will not be returning here

These stores are becoming a place for storage and stuff sitting around in boxes instead of on shelves. So one lady using some form of face cream and then putting it back on the shelf.

Could be Nice Store if they -EVER stocked at Nite and cleared the aisles before they opened the store . Messy aisles and even Dangerous to try to get by or around some !!!???Employees are Good BUT Overworked.....No Help !!

No different than the other DG I've been in. Stock cages in EVERY ISLE. full of stuff needing to be put up and this was on a Sunday. This particular store smelled like BO. AS SOON AS YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR.

Employee very rude would not leave the register to check the price on something that I ended up paying full price for and when I mentioned it he said well should have on a face mask anyway, when i saw several others walking around without them. Still dont know what that had to do with the price of the product.

Nice store overall 2 months ago it looked bad but I went in their today looks like their trying to clean it up better I would enjoy shopping here more once they get it cleaned better friendly manager and staff shelves are stocked I’m checked out quickly

Surprisingly nice staff for a DG. Usually you shop at places like this only when you're desperate to grab something quick, but the staff ACTUALLY greeted me, *ACTUALLY* helped me find something, and were all around friendly and competent! I never thought I'd say this, but: I'll willfully shop at this Dollar General again.

This store is always in a mess, nothing much on the shelves to shop for but plenty in the isles to but put on shelves, this store needs management bad 👎 i love shopping at Dollar General just not this one and its the closest one to my house

Always like going here with the exception of having to step over or around boxes of freight. I'm having to use crutches for awhile it's be nice if this would not be having to manuever around them. Great prices though.

Convenient location. Some items marked on sale are in the wrong place and once you check out the correct price shows up. Managers aren't allowed to change the price, even though it's advertised as on sale.
