My complaint here is not with CVS. Or even the store itself. My complaint is with the Minute Clinic within this CVS. I had not reached the kiosk to even begin the check in when a brown haired, tall, white woman emerged from the room on the left (no patient was in the room as it was labeled unoccupied from the outside) to inform me that unless I was already checked in there were no times available to fit me in. There were no times at all, is what I was told. This is not the end of the world because there is a real Doctor 2 minutes down the road at MedCare. Luckily I was seen there. My complaint here is that what is the purpose of this clinic when it was designed to help people who are in need of emergency last minute illness when you have to STOP and check in WAY before arrival? It's terrible practice for a Minute Clinic and whoever this woman was, is unprofessional and unpleasant. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The store itself is not a problem. The lady working January 25th around 3 p.m. should consider a different job. Customer service is NOT for her.

The Google map pin is in the wrong place (I've submitted an edit) and GPS guidance for this address leads to the middle of a busy intersection multiple lights from the actual location.If you can see Walgreens, you're in the wrong place.This CVS is on the corner of Northside Drive.
