I come to this 7Eleven quite a lot due to its closeness in proximity to my house and I also work third shift. I come here during the day and at night all the time. Not anymore. I have witnessed Kandice (short black haired girl) be very inattentive to the register constantly, have an attitude with customers, and she flat out acts like she doesn’t like her job. This isn’t the customers or the job and the staffs fault, so they should have to put up with her laziness and attitude. I was always polite and hospitable with her, but she was always cold back. I ignored it and went on about my day, but tonight was the final straw. I went to get gas on pump #5, and she was at the register whe I paid. For some reason, the gas would not come out of the nozzle. I noticed this close to the gas being finished because I had the nozzle set up to do it itself. Once I noticed I didn’t hear gas rushing, I pulled it out and no gas was coming out. I checked my tank, and it also hadn’t went up any. I had previous problems with pumps here, and a very kind associate helped me throughout the process and was very caring. She handled the situation perfectly. However, whenever I went back in to politely inform Ms. Kandice, she got a very disrespectful attitude with me. She had the audacity to say “$6 isn’t going to do anything, do you see how expensive gas is? My gas tank doesn’t move when I put $6 in either. Your tank works just like everyone else’s and it says you pumped it so I know you did.” i was very surprised by this disrespectful statement. I kept my composure and I tried to explain the situation to her and possibly see if we could come to an understanding, but she refused to help in any way, give me a refund, or give me any gas. I would have even just paid for more if she hadn’t been so rude. She said other unacceptable things, and I just left. I love coming to 7Eleven and they have some of the cheapest gas but I’m so tired of this one rude employee and her always ruining my experience and sulking around doing nothing. I won’t be back. Please look into your employees more and their behavior because she obviously doesn’t need to be working around people, or anyone for that matter. She treats the staff the exact same way too. I really am calm and a peacemaker, and I don’t like having to do things like this, but the customer service was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t let normal people talk to me that way, let alone a store associate AT HER JOB? Nope, that’s not gonna work. The other employees work too hard and the customers are just trying to support the business so if she doesn’t like her job she needs to find a new one. I would avoid coming in during the day, but now me and my family will avoid coming in at all to avoid her. I hope you can get some better, smiling faces in there :) thank you!!

98 Degrees, I got 5 kids, and can't come in with them and relieve myself and buy gas and water because these godless baby haters have banned large families from their store. Go back to where you came from !!!

If your store is 24/7 why do you lock the doors at 1 in the morning? Where is the attendant? This is my only gripe.

Failure to put tags on the drink machine that are out. The vitamin water lemonade actually has something else connected to it. Failure to keep large gulp lids for customers such that I had to take a drink out of the convenient store without a lid.Substandard customer service as well.
