Went in today and the gas was cheap but the last at the register could work on her customer service. The garages were all full. The sanitizer and windshield washer buckets were completely dried out empty.

Multiple pumps are often unable to take cards, which means you’re stuck wasting time inside. One has had outside credit stuck for about a year. The only good thing I can say about the store is that the employees are courteous and do their jobs well.

This location is my preferred convenience store in Greenwood. I see some other bad reviews about staff, but I have never had any issues. I have been in many times at various times throughout the day, night, and morning. I don't get gas here often, but I've never had a clear reason why I don't want to. Their "xact air" pump is pretty awesome. It's $1.50 (not sure how long but I always have extra time) and lets you dial in the desired pressure, which will stop pumping after the PSI has been reached. Good stuff. I had a hamburger from here before (risky, I know) and it wasn't half bad. Their donuts and stuff aren't bad either.

This gas station along with the other 711s are trash. Took 4 times to get a working pump and it took forever to pump despite being the only one pumping at 12 in the morning. Everything is so run down it’s ridiculous.

I went to store to get a refill on my slurpee and buy one for my grandchild. The slurpee machine was clearly labeled with prices, the price of a small being $1.09. Proceeded to checkout and the cashier rang up the small as $1.39. I tried to explain that the slurpee machine is labeled $1.09 and she told me “no” she pushed the button for it and $1.39 was the price, saying they no longer were on sale for $1.00. I said several times that the machine is clearly labeled at $1.09. All she kept saying was she didn’t have a button for that. I asked about a manager and she said he would be in the store in about 25 mins, to which I said I wouldn’t wait and again tried showing her that the price she was charging was more than labeled on the slurpee machine. She called someone on the phone and RUDELY told him what was going on. After which I was told that she was on the phone with the owner Sam and he told her “ either I pay the price or leave”. Guess what-I left. I also found out this store is a franchise store vs a corp store. Never will I go back to this 7-11 store when the girls (women) who work at the store on corner of 221 & 25 are the friendliest, and when I went there the small slurpees are still on sale for $1.00. If the owner “Sam” cannot take care of his customers and NOT OVERCHARGE from the posted prices I hope no one will use his services.

This is the worst store in Greenwood. EVERY TIME I enter, it's a ridiculous wait. The wait is due to unprofessional staff members talking amongst themselves, talking on the phone or pertaining to store duties that can wait until the customer leaves.EVERY TIME I ask for cash back, the cashier asks as if I'm attempting to rob the place. The Third Shift employees are the worst. No customer service, no acknowledgement, just there to punch a cash register and go home.I hate that store. Please consider your night shift.

I love coming to this 7/11 everyone is always nice and friendly and you get through quickly. Recently they hired an older gentleman and he isn’t the fastest behind the register. I was getting tobacco products and I told him I wanted to pay cash and card. I handed him my cash and told him the exact amount of cash and change that I gave him and he told me it was ready to go, so when I inserted my card into the machine it took off the entire amount on my card and I told him that’s not how I wanted it because the money on my card I wanted it to remain and he told me there was nothing he could do about it (basically oh well) and I’ve been going to this gas station for years and I’ve done that plenty of times so I know it can be done even with existing money on my card. I’m really writing this review because it’s been plenty of times I have went in and he rung me up but instead of being there for 5 minutes I end up being there for 10. I think they need to put him on making the pizzas or something because I was the only one in there and it turned into the line going out of the door because of his mistake.

New management has destroyed this business. Had a great morning staff that would ensure you had the freshest sandwich and food. The 7 11 supported local first responders and kept a variety of sales and deals. You can go in at 9am and be lucky to have some nuggets and pizza only because the front end staff took initiative to put something out. Breakfast items were better than breakfast fastfood joints and now nothing fresh. All the employees that ran the traditional 7 11 has been ran off.........why must these franchise owners destroy all that was good?

If I could leave 0 stars I would because 1 is just to many. Horrible customer service. The cashier with cheddar teeth & glasses was very rude. The employees don’t like to wear mask . I won’t even be going back rather spend my money eles where. The rude cashier didn’t want to sell me white owls because someone before me was trying to buy them. I will be reporting to corporate since they seem to loooovvvveee there job so much.

The workers are rude and seem very racist towards whites. They aren't helpful and constantly ignore people standing at the counter until they are ready to check them out. This has to be the worst 7-11 I have ever been to. They need to fire the current team and hire a well maintained, polite and honestly professional staff.

It would be nice if ALL your pumps accepted credit or debit cards as well as print out a receipt. I always have to go inside. Because of that I only get gas at this location as a last resourt!!

Both the cashier and gentleman working 2nd shift on Friday September 3rd were both very courteous and pleasantly friendly...I failed to get their names however both should be commended for excellent customer service and I hope by providing a date and shift you can make sure that they get the recognition

THIS STORE IS NOT SAFE. AVOID!!!!Upon walking inside the store an employee threatened to shoot and physically harm me and my girlfriend. Then he continued to cuss at us. I complain to a lady who said she was a manager but WAS NOT. she said she would handle it. Come to find the next she did not mention any of the incident to any of the managers or other employees to try and protect this employee who threatened us. I believe they should both be terminated. This store is not a save place.

No matter what time I go into the store and associates are always free and willing to help. Most of them are staying busy during everything when the store is not jam packed with people. I pass about five other stories just to go to this 7-Eleven because of the serious I get each time I'm there.
