The only hotel our pups stay at! We get them a presidential suite so they can share the twin bed. They also get room service treats to go along with their normal kibble. The entire staff at Noble loves your pups as much as you do.

Our dog Bella loves their daycare and boarding there so much she's never really excited to see us when we come to pick her up! She looks back and wants to go back and play some more. And this is one spoiled rotten English bulldog at home... lol! Highly recommend! This has been a lifesaver for us because we both work full time at home and when we leave her at boarding we know that she's going to be loved!!

We love this "hotel." Before my elder dog passed away, he spent days here fo social time and in the evenings when I had to travel. He liked Noble Dog — especially the people. Now my two new pups board at The Noble Dog Hotel. I always feel 100% confidant in their staff. Everyone I have interacted with at Noble has been kind and tuned into both dogs and owners. It is wonderful to have this fantastic local resource. The design is also great — it elevates the architectural scene in Greenville for sure.

My family and I were so skeptical about leaving our loved one anywhere after being to so many places…after going to noble dog hotel, we knew we found the perfect place. We started bring Buddy once a week to get used to it, after the first week he would get so excited to go there. We had to board him because of a family vacation, we were so nervous but got to check on him 24/7, the staff at noble dog hotel treated him like he was their own…so much love and compassion…so many options with daily updates…thank you so much for taking care of our sweet angel.

By far the best doggy daycare and boarding facility in the Greenville area. I tried a few other places but never trusted the staff but with Noble Dog I never think twice about the safety of my pup. I know he is cared for and loved by all the staff and he has the best time playing and socializing.The staff has always been amazing since day one. They are always able to squeeze Archer in at the last second and are always so excited to see him come through the front door. I have attended a training with the Director of Etiquette and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and gave me a folder of handouts to take home. She truly went above and beyond. It was well worth the money.Clearly I cannot say enough good things about Noble Dog and highly, highly, highly recommend you start taking you pups there!

Milo has been going to daycare here for about a year and absolutely loves it. The staff is amazing. They all seem to know all the dogs names. As we walk in, it's always, "Hi Mr Milo" befwe barely get in the door. Everyone is exceptionally caring and they don't seem to have a big turnover in staff. The dogs all seem pretty well behaved and I really like the fact that there is a screening process before dogs can join the group. They figure out the dog's temperament, which is awesome. Plus, the dogs are all required to have shots and must be neutered before they are allowed to join the group. Noble does it right!

Our two GSDs have been attending Noble Dog for baths & daycare since our youngest pup was a little more than a baby (she's almost 6). I appreciate that the groomers understand the GSD coats and have never attempted to cut their fur (that would be a mess). I always add the nail grind to their bath appointments and they've come home without any issue (due to their size, we've had groomers in the past be rough and hurt their legs). We also enjoy the option to drop them off for a half or full day of daycare--they are usually totally worn out after a 6 hour half day. I don't worry about them when they are at Noble Dog, but I do enjoy checking in on the cameras. I appreciate their updates when we pick them up at the end of the day, it is funny how social they can be when we are away!

Our dog had a great time at Noble Dog Hotel while we were out of town. Thanks to all the staff at Noble Dog Hotel for taking such great care of our pup and making him feel at home. He definitely struggled at first, but by the end I could tell he was having a great time. I loved the cute daily photos we received and web cams so that I could check on him whenever. He’ll be back!

My daughter brought her 6 month old puppy here for obedience training. The transformation was astounding with Ellie’s behavior. She is now still sweet but much more mannerly. She does not jump on people and drag you when walking her on leash. She waits for instruction and is not just darting out the front door. The atmosphere was clean and happy. Great experience with a great staff and their highly experienced trainer. 5 stars.

My dog loves staying here. We have done daycare and boarding on multiple occasions. Very clean facility, staff is excellent and I have no worries when I leave my dog. I have also had him groomed there and they do an excellent job, he is soft and shiny always. He will definately be going regularly from now on for daycare and this will be the only place I use to board him when we leave town.

Great care for your dogs. Hate giving 3 stars. We had to cancel. Gave notice over a week in advance. No problem. 3 months later we were billed a cancellation fee. Called and they agreed to remove it but didnt. Called a week later. Same results. Had to file with visa to get resolution.

My dog recently did a board and train with Meagan. While the facility itself is lovely, for the most part pleasant staff, Meagan changes lives. She is the heart beat of the training program and Noble Dog is so lucky to have an incredible trainer on staff. They could truly grow an empire of dog training with her leading the charge. We will absolutely be bringing our pups back for stays (and doggy daycare) and feel so lucky to have been able to utilize the board and train program last week. Thank you, Meagan for helping our girl grow and work on the goal of becoming a therapy dog.

My dog had multiple good experiences at Noble Dog until I boarded him there for a full 6 days last week. The care he received is unacceptable as he came back with a virus and conjunctivitis in both eyes and lost 3-4 pounds- all of which was extremely noticeable at pickup. After having to call on Tuesday to see why his bedding was changed and he had an accident I asked that I be contacted if anything out of the ordinary occurred and was assured multiple times throughout the week that my dog was doing well including daily report cards about him doing great and all the fun he was having. I told them I had someone 10 minutes away that could come get my dog if ANYTHING out of the ordinary occurred. What I wasn’t told was that my dog was not eating his full meals, some not at all which is not like him. Their response to this has been “its normal when dogs are boarded” and that MAY have been acceptable if I hadn’t asked to be notified about anything out of the ordinary after his accident. He apparently continued to have loose stool all week but remained “playful”- he is a 7 month old puppy that is in his nature. On the day he was picked up (Friday) I had gotten an email that my dog had puked the night before and that morning. Upon pickup my return to Noble Dog to get my poor dog he came out very lethargic and laid on the floor not at all himself when I picked him up he was limp and skinny. This was unacceptable and I will never return to Noble Dog or recommend them to another person. Their response has been nothing but rude, careless, and trying to cover up their wrong doing in written responses the manager was “ not sure any more conversation is going to resolve anything on either end”. Do not bring your dog here. The disgruntled employee at the desk complaining about having to be there on the day she had to put her dog down should have been a clear indication of the values of this establishment.

The staff was very nice over the phone and provided me with all the information required for daycare at their facility for a last min booking. Unfortunately our dog couldn’t go for daycare since he isn’t neutered / fully booked yet. Will consider for the future when in the area.

I do not write a 5 star review for Noble Dog lightly. I have a 3 year old boxer who is a ball of energy and requires some special needs because he has some protective issue with certain people and sensitive skin issues for himself. We have used their daycare, their boarding, and just completed some etiquette training and each and every component is more than I could hope for. I know that I am a crazy dog mom but that little boxer is my life and I treat him as such, and so do they. Use Noble Dog. It's worth it and they will love your pup like you do when you're gone. And you can always watch your dog on the cameras, another component I love. We don't go anywhere else!

We've boarded our dog at Noble Dog Hotel several times now, as well as sending him to daycare. They've done an amazing job of taking care of our boy, and the structured playtime and web cameras ensure that I never have to worry about him when I drop off him. They clearly care very much about our dog. We've been trying to socialize Rocky with other dogs for a while now, but at Noble Dog, he's come out of his shell and is actively playing with other dogs. One of the workers, Jamie, was kind enough to send us videos of him playing with the others. There's a certain personal touch and obvious care that makes us return to Noble Dog time after time. I cannot recommend the company enough.

I brought my dog, George, here this morning for a grooming. He is a havanese poodle mix so he had super long and curly hair that gets matted super easily. I originally told them I wanted them to keep it long but they called me and said it just was way too matted but called me before they did anything to make sure I was okay with it, even let me text them photos of previous times he was groomed to show what I wanted. They kept his face full too for me and even though they did have to shave to get the Matt’s out, they made him look so stinking cute. Amazing customer service. The facility is SO clean and large and you can even see your pup playing through the window into the play room or on web cams when you’re not there. Not to mention, this is the best George has looked after any grooming. Definitely will be our new groomer from here on out. Can’t recommend enough!!

I have had my fur baby attend daycare here a couple of times. Had confidence each time he went and I had a wedding coming up. I had boarded my fur baby 10/16/2020-10/18/2020. He had Pawsidential Suite and he loved it. I dropped him off he was a little scared at first. I checked in on the webcam and he was having a blast with the other dogs. Checked in throughout the night the bed was very spacious and the room was enough for him. They had his favorite blanket for him and treated him as if he was at home. I got daily report cards/updates. I did not have to worry about if he was alright or getting enough attention because they kept me updated meals, behavior, and any unusual activity from him. I recommend this daycare/hotel and will be boarding again! Thank you.

I had two very good experiences here and two suboptimal experiences here. They have great facilities and an easy pick-up / drop-off. Both negative experiences were solely related to customer service. I was so shaken up by their rudeness one morning I felt uncomfortable leaving the pup there. I asked them about it when I picked him up; they told me it must have been a misunderstanding. Decided it’s best we part ways. If you have a negative interaction, you’re not alone ...But, they do have a great set-up.
