The K9 Shop is the best!! I can’t recommend them enough. The owners and staff are so knowledgeable and helped me switch my girl to a completely raw diet when she was diagnosed with MCT. I get all of her food and treats there now because I know their products are safe and healthy for her. Their customer service is also like no other! They go above and beyond to get to know their customers. It’s nice to walk in to shop and them know you by name! If you want the best for your pets, you definitely need to be shopping here!

I drove 20 minutes just for The K9 Shop after they followed my grooming instagram: @amyspupcuts! What an incredible place with a variety of raw foods, chews, toppers, supplements…and the best part is that it’s all safe and of very high quality. The prices are very affordable for raw food and I was very pleased that everything was ethically sourced (ex: ostrich meat from a local farm in SC). Truly, what an amazing store for dog people (they also have some cat safe treats as well).

I LOVE K9 shop!I found them because I buy a particular brand of raw food for my dogs and I was looking for a store that that carried the brand and was more convenient for me to drive to every time I have to buy the food. I went there once, and when I returned the next time some two weeks later, they remembered me by name! The owner then worked with me to find a box with larger quantities of food so I didn’t have to buy them so often. Since my dogs are small and I don’t have freezer space at home, he buys extra cases and keeps them for me at the shop! So, if not for the excellent products they carry, the ambiance and convenience of their location, give them a try because their customer service is second to none!

I'm so happy I found this place, and my dog is even happier. I've been researching raw for quite awhile now, but now that my budget allows, I am eager to take the plunge for Ruthie. Heff, the owner at the GVL location, was super friendly, knowledgable, and encouraging about taking it one step at a time -- or diving all in, depending on what I felt comfortable doing! Ruthie was like a kid in a candy store and went absolutely nuts when I offered her a cow-hide chew. I thought the prices were really fair, some of the products are locally sourced, the quality seems top-notch, and the selection is great. I'm so happy we have this amazing small business here! Ruthie can't wait to try everything.

I couldn't be happier that I recently discovered The K9 Shop in Greenville, SC (located at Hampton Station). The shop offers a well-curated selection of holistic & biologically-appropriate products for dogs. The husband-and-wife owners are friendly and helpful, and you can tell that they genuinely care for dogs and the local community. They've begun regularly hosting special events and even educational classes. Most recently, I attended the "Learn How to Massage Your Dog" demonstration class. The owners and staff always take the time to understand your dog's needs and make recommendations accordingly. In addition to the top-notch products and service, their pricing is very fair for the quality of products they carry. Whether you're a seasoned raw feeder or are just looking for the very best high value treats, I'd highly recommend The K9 Shop to most discerning dog parents.

An incredible place for your pup. I’ve had my Golden Retriever on a raw diet since he was 8 weeks and K9 Shop has everything my puppy needs. I'm so happy and thankful to have found this awesome shop for my german shepherd Gretchen's food! I just love Valerie! She has been just wonderful and so helpful with Gretchen's food and treats. Gretchen is thriving on the new foods. She has gained some much need weight and now weighs over 80 pounds. Her coat is now thick and silky, and she loves her food! The prices are great and I like that they also carry the ADORED BEAST products which I use. Highly recommend this shop!

I am so thankful for Valerie at The K9 Shop. I have a 4 y/o German Shepherd dog with an extensive hx of chronic diarrhea that would not resolve, no matter what we tried. It got to the point where his vet suggested getting their internist involved (they were pushing for a Cushings Disease diagnosis)During this time, I started doing some extensive research on cushings. I found a holistic vet that suggested we switch our boy to an all raw diet. The problem was... I didn't know where to start. The more I read about it, the more overwhelmed I became. I posted in a Facebook group that I was in search of a pet nutritionist that specialized in real, raw food.Valerie sent me a message and offered to help. I already had a timeline written of Orion's medical hx so I sent it to her and the originator of The K9 Shop. Both of them worked so diligently to put a plan of care together.I was so impressed to see that Valerie had a folder created for Orion. She touched base with me frequently until I was ready to make the transition (I was traveling alot for work during this time). And when I showed up ready to talk about his new diet, she greeted me with the biggest, warmest hug!We are entering our 3rd week of an all raw diet. We made the change cold turkey.... and let me tell you.... this has been THE BEST decision we have ever made for our boy. His diarrhea has resolved completely, his itching has subsided, he LOVES his food and goes crazy when I come home with goodies .Thank you Valerie for all of your help. I can't tell you how much Orion, Adam and I appreciate you and all you have done for us. From the easy transition to raw, the support, the constant check ins and most importantly, opening The K9 Shop in GVL. We would be lost without you!

If you already feed the raw diet to your dog, or you’ve been thinking about starting, this shop has everything you could possibly need.If you don’t feed raw, this is still the best shop with an amazing selection of chews and treats for your dogs.
