My little beagle absolutely loves this place! He’s always excited to see the staff. Everyone is very friendly here and I get a tired out dog after I pick him up from daycare as you can see in the pic below 😊 I’m really hoping they get cameras soon so I can see my boy in the play yard! ❤️

Always pick up the boys looking happy and healthy—the staff seem to really care and their groomers do a great job as well. Also, they offer a veterans discount, so take advantage of that if you can—it’s appreciated. Only placed well board!

Just picked up my dog from PetSuites earlier today after boarding him there for over a week. When he came out I noticed his face was wet (not always unusual when he’s been outside, but it was his entire face and it’s usually just around his beard). I shrugged it off and took him home. Within the hour after we got home I noticed he was squinting his right eye and then saw that he had a bunch of gunk around his eye I didn’t see before. It was red and swollen and one part began to bleed about an hour after I noticed it. No one said a thing to me when I picked him up or while he was boarded. I didn’t get the report about my dogs stay that it states you will get. No one said a thing to me about how his stay was at all. Only an invoice for all the money I spent and someone bringing him out to me. One quick vet visit later and it turns out he has very bad case of conjunctivitis he got while boarded. There were no issues with his eyes when I dropped him off. In fact I just had his check up at the vet the day before I dropped him off and he was doing great. I understand that these things can happen while boarding. However, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication about the well being of my dog. That is what is upsetting to me about his stay with PerSuites. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend others to either.

We brought our Aussiedoodle in for the first time this morning and he, along with us, was so stressed out that we decided this was definitely not the place for him. We have had him at several day camps in Greenville, Astro and Rocky Creek, etc. your staff needs some training in how to greet dogs and make them and the owners feel comfortable. Your staff member was obviously training someone who had no clue and didn’t care about our dog’s needs. We left and will never return. Don’t know your associates name but she definitely needs skills in handling dogs and dealing with the public.I will be sharing this with my doodle loving family.

PetSuites Greenville is my preferred pet boarding/ daycare place. My dog absolutely loves the environment, the staff is always friendly and helpful, my dog goes crazy every time we go for daycare and I absolutely know he has a blast whenever he gets to play. My favorite part is I can always text the front desk and they will send me pictures of my dog while he's playing having the best time! Definitely recommend this business for daycare and boarding!

There is no real manger. Mangers come Back and forth out of state come toHelp. No accountability. Or write ups when no showing for work or call out consistently. Most recent two times a dog had gotten the wrong medication and had to be rushed to er vet.again no consequences. They do not play with the dogs in yards they sit on cell phones all day and scream at them to stop barking. I am not impressed gave this place a chance for three months. Hope something gets fixed. And nothing repeats itself ..

PetSuites Greenville did an amazing job of grooming my doggy nephew. He was groomed on NOVEMBER 21, 2021. Mydoggy nephew's name is Mylo, and he's a Samoyed/Husky mix. Mylo is a year old and has been groomed several times. Pet Smart in Easley, two times at Pet Smart in Greenville on Woodruff Road and Camp Bow Wow on Haywood Road in Greenville. Most times at the other places he didn't look clean, not compared to the way he was groomed at PetSuites. He looked like he had been bleached, his coat is shiny and as white as snow. I was very impressed with the awesome job they did with Mylo. They cleaned his paws, they gave him the "ROYAL TREATMENT"! I highly recommend that you take your pet to be groomed at this establishment, they are the bomb!!The first two pictures are before being groomed, the rest are after being groomed at PetSuites.

I took my dog to many places before I found this one. I settled with this place because my dog is always excited to come here, and I feel like he is being treated much better than at other sites. I have dropped him off for boarding, day play, and grooming, and I've mostly been satisfied! I like how they offer photo updates when he's over for boarding.

My Cavapoos need to be groomed without any fragrances getting on them since my daughter has anaphylaxis with fragrances. I have been to many groomers and always have to wash them 3-5 times again to get odors out of them not to mention the horrible cuts they have had. Valarie did an amazing job with the girls. They looked beautiful and didn’t smell at all!! I will be taking them to Pet Suites regularly!!

My dog Milo loves it here! We go at least once a week. If the weather is nice they get to play in the water which is his favorite! I also board Milo here when on vacation. I know he is well taken care of. The staff is amazing and they always treat him like family!

Our dog, Casper, loves PetSuites! Every time we pull into the parking lot, he starts talking because he is so excited and pulls me to the door. We would highly recommend PetSuites.

The first time I took my dog here they seem very professional. They sent pictures to me of my dog, which was wonderful. But this time i arrived with my dogs, the staff seemed very overwhelmed with pets. I would love to see where my dogs are sleeping and playing but they never show me. When I picked up my pets the staff was confused about the price I was told to pay. I arrived home my dogs were hungry ,they ran to there feeding bowls. I had left plenty of food for pet suites to feed them. The next day my dogs started coughing and wheezing. I felt at this time I had made a big mistake leaving my dogs there.

I used them to keep my male pup for a weekend and 3 hours after I dropped him off they told me he failed the entrance test to be around other dogs.Fast forward to when I picked him up - they had a large red danger sign on his “suite” door and he looked as if he’d been treated terribly. He used the bathroom for over a minute straight as soon as he walked out the front door and since then has had to be sedated for every vet visit.10/10 would not recommend boarding ANY animal at this place.

My dogs love boarding here. They run in and don’t look back when to say “goodbye” to me - which I take as a great sign. The staff are great with medications and the exit baths/grooming have been wonderful.

Requested Gold status and was switched to bronze without any call or text… Was told he was going to possibly get 2, 30-40 minutes of play time out of his kennel and an “extra potty break” call 10 minutes before they close to ask why we haven’t received a picture and they couldn’t prove the play time they claimed to give. This place is neglectful and I would NEVER recommend this place to people that actually love and care about their dog and don’t want them coming back smelling like ammonia. There are MULTIPLE places I am now aware of that offer full LIVE stream to check in on your pets 24/7 and can prove your dog is played with and let out for the bathroom.

Outstanding pet care for our furry pets. They have very good staff who watch over our pets and provide excellent care. Jessica groomed Finlay with an excellent Westie cut. Jessica is outstanding. Finlay loves playday at Pet Suites. Finlay is super excited on the way to Pet Suites and can't wait for me to open the door .

Took my dog here to groom, he came back smelling bad, barely trimmed, and not at all deshedded which is what i paid for. I also asked them to please cut out any matting behind his ears and they did not. Would not recommend for grooming!

5 stars for location, drop off/pick up times, and ease of booking (online).My only complaint is that for puppy preschool the pawgress report is listed as included but no report or pictures have been provided of my puppy’s stay. There’s also no web cam footage.

I have used Petsuites multiple times when I go out of town. I highly recommend this establishment. Today when I picked up they had saved my bags and Tupperware that I had left from the previous stay. Way to go above and beyond.

This was my first time boarding these two guys ever. I had to go out of town for two weeks training with my new job. PetSuites did an outstanding job taking care of Gizmo and Rocky for me. The daily photo updates really put my mind at ease about their care. I would highly recommend them to friends and family and will be using PetSuites again in the future. Thank You

We have been taken Ginger to Pet Suites for about 1.5 years now and she seems to love it there. The staff seems sincere and engaged when we arrive with Ginger. Also, we always get her groomed during her stays and Pet Suites does an excellent job with her.Thank you Pet Suites!

Our dog loves PetSuites! She gets groomed by Val who always does an amazing job. She loves to play in the small dog yard and the staff always know her when she visits! We have also had positive boarding experiences as well.
