Once I took my dog home after grooming, I noticed some superficial scratches and slight bleeding on multiple parts of his skin. Called the salon, was told the manager would come back to me, never did. Accident happens, but they should have told me about the incident

They were not able to fully groom my dog. I was told he was too old and overweight to stand long enough for a haircut. They did bath him and clip his nails. I took him to another groomer and he got an excellent haircut. So I just think the PetSmart groomer just did not have the experience or equipment to do the job. The dog is 12 years old and 36 lbs. Anyway. Not a good experience for me but probably fine for small young dogs.

Good choices in pet food & supplies. Bad experience with the pet hotel and grooming from a few years ago. They did not listen to our instructions.
