I got my dog Louie groomed today. I was really looking forward to him getting a cut and the end result was not what I expected. His hair is not even and there are multiple patches that the groomer missed. Honestly it’s a mess. $60 for my dog to look like he came out of a chop shop. No bandanna, nothing. I’m really upset

PerSmart always has what we need for our cat. We can find his specialty food and anything else we need all in one place. And the staff is so friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience!

Although their prices are a bit higher than some of the brick-and-mortar outfits.Once I received the products, I left Surgar with the groomer. They do the best work on her coat.I just hope she has settled down some.

So I had a grooming/puppy bath appointment today @11:30. Drove more than 20 minutes since our usual location was booked. Left our puppy there like we usually do. And at 12:40 Cody calls and says they are unable to do anything because Ace is biting and won’t stay still. However, I have never ever had a problem like this. Even at the other salons I took him too. And when we went to the car Ace was perfectly fine and calm. So idk where Cody pulled this out of. Just wanting to put this out there, choose your puppy stylist carefully! And on top of that , he still made us pay $26. What for!!!! For wasting our time !!!!

Awful customer service. As usual, I had to ask the cashier (who was chatting with her friend while sitting ON the register) to page someone to get help. 2 supervisors came out of the break room, looked at me, then walked away without providing any assistance.Great product selection, terrible customer service.

My little Tsoi only has 3 teeth(all little front ones) left. I am always on the hunt for treats that she can have. I'd like to find something a bit longer lasting for her like rawhide or bones are for dogs with teeth, maybe something to message her gums. Unfortunately I did not find any options.

Petsmart as a store is ok and would give more stars but because of their grooming salon I would like to give them a zero. I mean, just look at the place, dirty, dirty, dirty. I have read other reviews where people mentioned their dogs got sick there. I don't doubt it with all that hair around. And before anyone says, well, what do you expect. Let me tell you, I expect them to clean and pick up the hair after every dog. Is that to much to ask??? Yuck, yuck, yuck.

My only minor complaint is the location. It's in a 'prime' location. However, it is also jam-packed with cars.The store itself is clean and organized. They had a variety of fish offered and training area. The day I went, the checkout lines were quite long, with only 1-2 clerks maning.

Took my 5 month old Miniature Goldendoodle to PetSmart Woodruff Rd. Greenville SC for a 3 night stay at the pet hotel and too my surprise it will not happen again. My baby does not look like the same puppy we dropped of Friday. He looks as if he's laid in urine since he got there. He has began to mat up and im.sure he will have to be shaved once his groomer gets him. He smells like a urine barrel, his fluffy tail looks like it has been sprayed with hair spray. I'm so upset I can hardly see straight. We have used PetSmart hotel for years with our Pitbull and have not ever had this problem. I don't know what could have happened and they can't seen to tell me what happened. I need some answers from someone ASAP. This is beyond ridiculous 😒🤔😒🤔😒 I really wish I could add pictures

I use this Petsmart & Banfield regularly. With the way my very loved (and expensive) pitties get sick or has stomach/skin/ear problems, they are always there to help us through a particularly challenging situation. Always a great experience and very friendly team members - from the manager of the store, team members, and everyone at Banfield from the front desk client team all the way up to the director! Pic of my pup on anesthesia meds today so my review doesn’t get lost. 😂

I've been enrolled in the PetPerks program for at least 5 years and can think of not one thing that I've gained as a member who spends hundreds a month on food, grooming, and wellness. I also had the most awful grooming experience at this store as my schnauzer came out with a haircut that I don't think he'll ever be able to come back from. I had to laugh to keep from crying. For the most part this Petsmart is clean, well organized, and well stocked. I was really taken aback when I saw the state of the fish tanks. The photos here are from February 10th. I visited again today on March 16th and there has been little to no improvement. The goldfish tank with the pile of dead fish was FULL of new fish but the death pile is still there.I understand that the tank maintenance is difficult and things happen but this needs to be addressed by Petsmart. Other locations I've visited do not seem to have this problem.--6/29/21 edit:Visited this PetSmart again today and was impressed with the turnaround of the aquatics. Every tank looked healthy and the fish looked happy! Brian caught 2 fish for us and was very helpful. We learned that this location recently overhauled all of their tanks because of the poor condition - this has really paid off!Side note - I was particularly impressed by the conditions for the hermit crabs. 99% of pet stores I visit have subpar conditions for crabs but this location had a great setup with plenty of substrate, cover, and the temp/humidity was spot on. Really pleased to see the investment in caring for this sensitive small animals.

I want to give a shout out to Jackie. I brought my dog in for a nail grinding and she did an awesome job on her nails! This is not the first time I have brought my dog to see her. I prefer my dog Maggy to see Jackie if possible because she has a lot of experience with dog grooming and I trust her to always take care of my baby. I know she is in good hands when I leave her to get my shopping done. Thank you so much Jackie! We will see you again soon!

Friendly staff, products in stock and they have tons of new brands offering unique products like the awesome "Meowjuana Catnip" brand with their Meowi-Waui catnip shake.They have filters for the gravity fed water bowls i use as well. Which is nice to know my cats are having charcoal filter out the water they get 😂This location has a Pet Hotel, Banfield, and pet adoption. I just get bummed because they don't let you interact with the cats who spend so much time in those cubes in the back. Corona ruined so much stuff. Bring back people being able to freely say hi to the dogs and cats!

I am a regular customer of Petsmart on Woodruff Rd. The staff in the store know me and my puppy by name and are always welcoming and helpful. I want to give a special shout-out to Nicole! I needed a new crate for my growing puppy and wasn't sure which size to get. She asked me a few questions, recommended a size (which was perfect), got a platform cart to put it on, took it to the front while I picked up my pup from Doggie Day camp, and loaded it in the car for me in the rain. Thank you, Nicole!

Service was horrible. Called ahead to confirm services, checked in & reconfirmed services, went to sign paperwork & J.J. Was bleeding all over the papers. She seemed a bit off?? Nevertheless we come to get him and we were told she asked the dog & he wanted the services done differently?? Asked for a manager, some guy approached me offered a 25% discount?? I asked for the store manager, Christina came up, again not helpflful, i’d have to cone back on monday for the store manager. Shes a manager?? Not familiar with J.J. Or her work ethic. Terrible service and staff members. teated my dog very harshly, super rough and didn’t take the time to answer any of my questions. Don’t waste your time coming here for the Vet Service OR the Grooming Service. Take your money elsewhere. They put a bad rep on every other Petsmart in SC. I’ll go out of my way to bring my fur baby to Wade Hampton or any other location from now on!

Walk-in grooming for nail trim is almost always great, but really bad experience with Banfield. Puppy got hurt and back half was lame. Her legs could only drag. Raced her there, hoping they could help. They said they were busy and she seemed fine. Found out about the 24/hour ER vet by downtown airport and rushed her there. They got her in and found she had a herniated disc. Thankfully, THEY had great vets and didn't blow us off like Banfield. It took several weeks of cage healing, but puppy has healed nicely, no thanks to Banfield! Go anywhere else for your vet service.

Pay attention to the price you are paying! Nearly every time we go in, the price at the register on SOMETHING is MORE! I figured its time to call them out. In the example attached, the price we paid originally was even more than the everyday price listed on the shelf tag, much less the sale price they were supposed to scan. Granted, they gave us the difference we were owed. But it was a bit of a hassle. More importantly, we would have been out the 7.42 if we hadn't been diligent. You should be too. Edit...the picture of the receipt/price discrepancy didn't post??? Maybe the edit will add?

We went to get a bag of prescription dog food, we looked online to make sure it was in stock, a few bags left it said, we left immediately and they had no bags in stock. Advised the store their count was off. Clerk said that happens frequently. Store is great, corporate you can do better.

Roxy, our 12 year old Pomeranian suffers from separation anxiety and will not eat when she is not with us. The PetSmart Hotel staff coaxed Roxy to eat and even hand fed her! Upon our return, Roxy was happy and her tummy was full. We highly recommend the Greenville, SC, PetSmart Hotel for your pet's next boarding.

Shoutout to Billie N. at Woodruff Rd PetSmart for grooming our cat Murphy! She was amazing, he was bathed, de-matted, de-shed, all the things. He feels and looks great!
