I had occasion where I was headed out of town for a few days and needed a reliable place for my dog Pepper. Pepper loves PetSmart. She has the yearly plan that covers her visits and most shots. When she gets her shots she is so excited to see her Vetranarian that she doesn't realize that she was just stuck with two needles. I opted for the Pet Hotel located in a PetSmart for her stay. They offered several packages and even though I couldn't get her into a suite I was satisfied with the standard room. Check in was easy and Pepper couldn't wait to meet the other dogs. She was dropped of on a Friday morning and I picked her up on Monday. Along with her platinum package I opted to get her a pedicure. She had a lot of fun according to the staff. A very energetic puppy was picked up but she really wanted to stay for more fun. Everything was great and the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to no cameras with live feeds for the owners to check on their pets. It would be nice if your pets play time were scheduled so you could tap into a web cam and see them at play.

My dog is pretty well known by the staff and it is almost like leaving him with family. I am very comfortable knowing he will be treated well and will have a good time.

I took my Yorkie for the weekend and when we got home she wasn't acting her normal self plus she had a bad odor will not return.
