Every time I drop off and pick up my dog, Pixie, the staff, especially the girls, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their excellent service and care make the grooming experience stress-free and enjoyable for both me and my pet.

Ty was wonderful, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. He treated our dog well and did a FABULOUS grooming on our Goldendoodle. Our dog is really a puppy at 5 months old. I could not have been more pleased. Also I joined Vita Care the monthly service, there were sign up issues with the app for some reason, but Ty was patient and was finally able to successfully set up the account for me. I know it was frustrating and late, but he was so kind and patient. Ty is the BEST!!!!

My Maximus was extremely happy with the service. He does not like getting his nails trimmed but sat patiently and let the groomers trim his nails. He loved the shampoo bath and came home so relaxed. He's always a chilled, happy dog but you can tell he went to the spa. That's how I am when I go to the spa. LOL! Oh, best part no more doggie smell. Will be scheduling more spa treatments in the future.

Apparently my review was deleted.The older woman in grooming was screaming at me and telling me that I ~obviously~ did not know how to book a grooming correctly. She was trying to say I didn’t have an appointment, although I had confirmation on my side. She was making other guests uncomfortable and was unwilling to try to help. She ended our conversation with, “if you want to go to woodruff road, good luck because they are closed permanently”. I called woodruff and that was a lie, not sure why she went out of her way to say that either. Her behavior was absurd for an adult. I will not go back to this location.

I go to Petco to get my dog's nails trimmed. They took my dogs right away, and were really quick and that's normally difficult for one my dogs as he's not at all fond of his nails being trimmed or ground.

Employees not help at all to interested in the work they were performing to help the customer! Had $500 dollars worth of things I needed but with those employees I left empty handed drove about mile to Lowe's and got everything I needed for $150 less the petco

Went to get my dog groomed they told me they couldn't shave her coat but looks like they cut up some of it they really didn't cut Harley anything off of her she looks about the same as when I took her. The gentleman that check me in I don't remember his name he was kind of rude it took three hours to get her back looking the same as he did when she got there just a little bit tiny bit shorter they didn't cut her face like I wanted to I was totally unimpressed

We’ve been bringing our chihuahua (Bianca) there for her bath, nails, & ears For some time now and every time she’s been ready at the timeframe quoted. In addition, she always smells great, is clean, has been well taken care of, and the staff are always professional, polite, and very friendly.

Great selection,friendly staff and always match price on there app without any issues. Prices on app are usually lot cheaper than in store. Gotta make sure you look.

They cut my dogs hair much shorter and nothing like what I had asked for. I had even provided a picture. His fur is now all gapped up and I am constantly having to trim it to blend better. It is awful.

My dogs hair is a little choppy and not as even as I would like it to be but I was jus happy they got rid of her hair, she needed a hair cut, And the price i paid is very expensive for my dog and the size she is

They refused to sell me a rat because I wasn't going to keep it caged up. Said I couldn't hold it and play with it. My pets are not caged. I will not return.

Tried to walk in at this location 30 mins prior to closing and was informed that the groomers had left early for the day because “they have been leaving early if no one is there”. Very disappointed that I was not able to get my dogs nails cut and made a pointless trip

I would only return to Petco to have Ty groom Oreo. If he was not there, I wouldn't return!
