We went here for a 12 wk vaccine/ rabies shot for our new puppy. This facility is very clean, and you can't beat the prices for all that they have to offer.All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. We were in and out quickly even though it was quite busy on a Friday. Thank you, Greenville HumaneSociety!

Always helpful and explains what I don’t understand. We have had many feral cats fixed there and our little mean dog. I am handicapped and they are always will to help me get them to the car. Thanks for loving all animals!

Dropped a kitten off in the morning to be spayed and picked her up later that afternoon. All done at a reasonable price. The kitten is doing well and will be going back outside in a few days.

Gave them 3 adorable male kitten. Whom we took great care for seen born. They were just 2 months old and they were prefect. I ever seen not an one in the adoption program. I pray they were not euthanized . So I find myself have mix feeling about the place.

In the past, my budget would allow me to get my pets cared for at a vet office in Simpsonville, and they require an updated exam and shots just for a cat flea and tick treatment. I prefer not to get vaccines annually since my cats are always indoors, and I have certain personal feelings about over vaccinating my animals. To be honest, I wish I didn't have to treat them for fleas, but we must have brought some in with us because they were itching. Some of you reading this may share my feelings, and others may not... it's OK for you to disagree and have a different opinion. Anyhoo, I appreciate being able to pick up flea and tick treatment for my cats without the added expense. Not everyone can afford $300-500 for the exam, etc, before spending over $100 for flea treatment. I also appreciate that they were quick to help me out! I am grateful for them and the services they offer!

I noticed a worm in my cats litter box the night before my visit. I went to petsmart 1st thing in morning to get dewormer medicine. I couldn't find what I need so went over to the pet vet clinic. I had took my older cat(4yr old) there several month prior for his annual shots. They said something about dewormer at the time of his of his visit. I figured they could at least give me dewormer for him as he was a "patient". Plus he's a indoor/outdoor cat and I believed he had the worms but knew both needed to be treated. When i went in to ask about getting dewormer i was pleasantly surprised. They could give dewormer for both my 4yr old cat and the 6week old kitten! They just needed a accurate weight. I was able to go home and get both and return to get them the medicine they needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I have my kittens shots scheduled out for a few weeks so that i can do a 2nd round of dewormer(just in case).

If I could put zero stars I would. I brought my dog in for his vaccines and when he came out he had blood all on his back. The woman then said “yeah it’s normal I most probably popped his vain” then I’m checking out and my dog vomits all over the counter and they then proceed to take my dog to the back without my consent and give him medication again without letting me know what. Then after they bring my dog back they tell me that the vaccine gave him an allergic reaction and had the nerve to charge me for an emergency visit. If you actually care about what goes into your dog do not come here. It seems like this is a business where they give you cheap and low quality vaccines to get your dog sick and then to charge you for the emergency visit. Then they told us that if we don’t pay for the emergency vet session then we weren’t allowed to take home any of the medicine and rabies and microchip tags THAT WE ALREADY PAID FOR!!! They took them from the counter and would not give them to us until we paid. The main vet then proceeded to tell me not to bring my dog back for any vaccines there because he threw up. Then wrote on the summary “Got to vet for all future vaccines” woman can’t even spell…. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been bringing my cat to you since he was a kitten to get his shots. I have never had a problem until today. The vet tech said they could not give my cat his shots because he hissed and growled at them. I asked him to let me hold him so they could give him a shot, and was told that it was against the law.I suggest that you do more training with your vet techs on how to handle cats and if need be get them gloves. There is no reason why they cannot give a cat two shots that takes all the 30 seconds without any problem. I will never be back nor Recommend you to anyone.
